Me siento disgustado de como se esta manejando esta app
Suelen arrojar ordenes muy malas, casi no se obtiene veneficio desde que usan la IA para hacer las rutas y enviarte las ordenes. A veces te ponen muchos clientes, muchas millas y poca paga
Getting Ridiculous!
At first, it was amazing, but the orders have become offensive at the least. 12 miles for $9, which means 24 miles total. 4 drop offs, won’t let me choose which to drop first. Sends me 10 miles out of town one way to drop off the first order which had no cold stuff, then the 2nd order nothing cold. Third order takes me 10 miles another direction to drop off some cold stuff and then 20 minutes to another town that took me right through the town the Walmart was in. That order was in my car a complete hour before I could drop it off and the customer had lots of cold stuff, lots of it being super expensive crab legs. I’m now getting bad ratings because what the app is forcing me to do. The pay is getting worse and worse.

Items are missing from order lists but the item is correct. This misrepresents the offer when deciding to accept offer.

Las calificaciones son muy demoradas y para nosotros como Driver eso es algo importante en lo personal tengo casi 4 meses con la misma calificación ni sube ni baja. Es algo que aún no se sabe cómo califican. Deberían desminuir la cantidad de los clientes que lo califican
SCAM
Never use this app. I was guaranteed FULL compensation by one of the support agents for a cancelled order that took an hour out of my day and was a 50 dollar order keep in mind. Never received the compensation so I contacted support again and connected with a supervisor who refused to stand behind their other employees claims and said I would receive only 2 dollars which is not even close to the full compensation I was guaranteed by the employee. Will never use this app again literally got scammed. No integrity or honesty here STAY AWAY

99% rating here. Have to wait at least 2 hours a day in the sun to make 100$, and at least 20$ gas a day. Not worth it.

The only thing is the tips disappear and sometimes that’s what makes it hard. You think you getting 20$ and they can change it, also traffic sometimes causes times loss and if you show up and stuff gets cancelled you should get paid regardless of the time

Once you finally get accepted, they go out their way without any explanation to deactivate your account over wrongful information of what’s on my ID and what I inputted and then they can’t give you an explanation you gotta jump through hoops to even talk to somebody I guess from another country because they all speak broken English sounds like they’re or something and all they can do is just read what the computer screen tells them and nothing else give you poor poor poor, poor stars

So close to Great!
The pay for this app seems to be trending downwards. With Walmart already making money from the groceries that they are selling, they should be able to find a way to pay the drivers more. Perhaps they could charge $1 dollar a mile before requesting a tip? Or maybe they could prompt the customer for a higher tip. $33 dollars for 19 deliveries in 29.8 miles and 2hr (1 hr and 57 min) delivery just doesn’t make sense. If every customer was charged or tipped $5 dollars, the driver would make $95. Not saying it needs to be that much, but I mean, why not? Even $60 would be a game changer. It almost seems as though the app charges the customers less for longer deliveries with more total deliveries for the driver. Other than that, the app has a lot figured out that other gig drivers do not. The bidding system and the app functionality far exceed what of door dash and Uber Eats delivery provide on their apps. The customer service is also better in my experience. I wish Spark would hire me. If there was someone who cared and had experience using the app it would take off. The app is so close. Imagine the heat positive PR (public relations) it would be for Walmart if they paid there drivers great. I have customers ask me all of the time if the app pays me fairly. JUST A LITTLE MORE PAY WOULD GO A LONG WAY WITH YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS!

Some areas have zero cell service and you can’t complete our move into next order without service but otherwise it’s easy to use

I’ve been delivering for about six months now and everything was great up until about the last month. It completely has stopped giving me orders other than maybe three orders a day that consist of anywhere from five to $20 and it’s not even worth it but I take it anyway because it’s something and you’re giving all the orders to the new people that’s not very fair cause there’s new people half of them aren’t gonna be here and I’ve been here for a long time so just keep in mind that the money is only there for a short time while you’re new.

I have tried again and again to re download this app to my phone and I cannot download it without adding an active credit card to Apple Pay which I do not have!!! It’s a free app so tell me why I need a credit card to re download an app I had on my phone that off loaded because of storage?! Makes no sense!!!!

Don’t use this app if you don’t want your personal information to be stored permanently.
There is an option to delete your account and all information associated with your account but when you click to delete you will be met with an error message. When you attempt to contact support you speak with AI first and then be transferred to a live person. Once you let them know you want it deleted they will tell you they can’t delete it and transfer you to tech support which is not really tech support but a support agent for tech support where they will create a case number for you and tell you some will reach out to you but not sure as to the time frame you will have to just wait. Tech support from what I was told is a back office and no one has a way to contact them. So just know your personal information will be with them forever for them to do as they may with it. Be careful before signing up with this app. I just want my account deleted that’s all please and thank you!
