Call center representative
I had a bad experience with the call center representative, she looks like someone in a harry she just wants to end the call , even when I informed her I had a problem with my card before she didn’t try to say anything she just wanted to finish the call with me , bad service and bad communication

Hurts more than it helps
I’ve been with this company for two years now. Recently I was offered a card through Capital One and that’s when I started noticing a real difference in my credit.
Sparrow has an extremely low balance and it’s next to impossible to get an increase. Within my first three months with Credit One my credit limit was increased to well over two thousand dollars as where with Sparrow, I have a $300 limit after two years of no missed payments and minimal usage.
At the end of the day, I canceled my Sparrow card and chose Capital One as my credit repair option.
Don’t waste your time with high fees and low results, get a capital One card and avoid all this BS

Delayed Credit Bureau Report
Why is it that Sparrow only reports to certain credit bureaus every other month? It reflects in my credit score that I’m always behind on a payment due to this. That’s why I will be closing this account.
Not the best choice
Come to find out I can’t use this card in app and several other things. Even though it’s listed as you can and claims you can. Then they blame the company I’m purchasing from went to the companies website as long as it a visa, Mastercard and so on doesn’t matter the company they accept the payment. But sparrow claims up and down they don’t. Have in app purchases listed which is a lie you can’t. So if you are looking for a Therapeutic way to ease yourself this card isn’t it. Imagine if I went in store to purchase something and it’s declined. Smdh. Waste of my time honestly. Will be paying it off this summer and canceling I don’t need a card I can’t use to keep myself sane. Never had a credit card I couldn’t use in app for purchases. So this is definitely a first but they shouldn’t lie on a company because they don’t know how to fix the issue which starting to believe the card is restricted for security purposes and they just don’t want to deal with it

Not ready for primetime
The good
- The app itself is slick, great interface
-Apple Pay looks great and works well
-straightforward in how it works and no-nonsense when it comes to rewards
The Bad
-Not sure what their infrastructure is but I’ve had 3 separate instances, each lasting over 24 hours where I can not use my card at all. And I’ve had my card for 4 months as of this posting.
-They claim system updates but they provide no update or no notifications when that is done which makes me think that they are misleading us to hide some severe operational issues.
-Doesn’t inspire confidence when traveling that this card will be there when you need it.
Overall, it’s a slick product that I wish they spent more into making the bones of it work. Not much use in the experience if you can’t actually use it.

App is the worst!
I have no complaints about the actual card, but the app is horrible! It won’t open. I have restarted my phone, deleted it and reinstalled. made sure it’s updated, and it still doesn’t open. Makes it kinda hard to make a payment. Please fix this!!
