Disgusting app

God forbid you put the wrong pick up location, on top of the fact that you can’t change it, if you cancel the ride, they charge an additional 2.50£ on top of the money that you pay for the ride, absolutely disgusting

Improvement

You guys honestly need to up your game because it’s so hard to find taxi drivers sometimes in the morning or afternoon and then we are left waiting for over 20 minutes on top of that if you cancel you get charged £2.50 on top. You guys lack taxi drivers or you guys just don’t know that some people are waiting far too long.
