God forbid you put the wrong pick up location, on top of the fact that you can’t change it, if you cancel the ride, they charge an additional 2.50£ on top of the money that you pay for the ride, absolutely disgusting

You guys honestly need to up your game because it’s so hard to find taxi drivers sometimes in the morning or afternoon and then we are left waiting for over 20 minutes on top of that if you cancel you get charged £2.50 on top. You guys lack taxi drivers or you guys just don’t know that some people are waiting far too long.

Crappy captcha that doesn’t even work properly. Why do u even need a captcha no one is gonna spam bots to ur dead Local taxi base anyway.
Picking up at destination point!
Taxi drivers are being told to pick up at the destination point instead of the pick up point. It’s reversing the order. Have to keep phoning for a cab now, to make sure it goes to pick up at the correct address first.

The app is ok and is easy to use. Although, this app blocked me for not paying via Apple Pay. Some of the drivers also are very rude and disrespectful. Most have an attitude and aren’t patient.

Pretty good but some drivers let them down
I’d give a 5 star rating but some of the drivers are unnecessarily rude. I always use this company either way but as a young woman I often get comments made in an inappropriate manner despite being reluctant to respond. Most drivers are lovely and we have pleasant conversations about our days and wish each other well and such but the small minority really does let it down.

I’ve had no luck with. Tried 6 times entering my mobile number but did not receive a passcode. I just had to give up and delete the app.

For some reason now even though it says default is pay by card drivers keep asking for cash will delete and reinstall what a pain in the proverbial
