Shocking App

The company I work for pays good money for me and my colleagues to get access to a GP appointment quickly. The app currently is not functioning at all and there is no support desk. My advice to any companies looking for a service like this for their employees do not use spectrum life, appalling.

Isn’t working at all

Tried installing it twice and no links are working at all. I can change between tabs, but that is all. Can’t even open setting, does absolutely nothing. Using a 16-Pro, so not like it would be a compatibility issue.

Doesn’t work

Rubbish app.. nothing works, waste of time. I’ll report to my employer.

Horrible app

Not sure if this app was designed in 1980s but it certainly looks like it! You need to spend good 20min filling all the details and uploading same load of documents over and over again as app does not allow you to store anything! If I could give minus starts I would

Hard to use

App from hell.

Useless

Completed an assessment and was told my mental health was too complicated for them to deal with. I just needed support for short term stress 🤷🏼‍♀️ and was instead told to get on the months long waiting list on the NHS. Useless

Please can you hire a proper software developer?

Just a bad app that clearly hasn’t been designed by a proper software development team. Needs optimisation. It’s slow. Doesn’t remember when I select ‘don’t show again’.

Lots of potential, but too many bugs

There seems to be many issues with the app. The content seems ok (on the face of it), but when you click on the content tile you get a message “Oops, There’s an error. TypeError: Cannot read property ‘colour’ of undefined”. This seems to be a common theme throughout the app. The guided introduction is not useable, as the button is obscured by a message box. Every time you leave the app you’re immediately logged out - which is inconvenient most of the time. I can understand why this would be required on a web browser, but less so on a phone or tablet. Given the potential scale up of usage now that you’ve taken on provision for corporate clients, it’s definitely worth spending some time and effort fixing the bugs in the app, and maybe even revising the user experience. I look forward to seeing what improvements are introduced in the future.

App Not working

Embarrassing for this app to represent legal and general

Very unhelpful

I signed up to this through work as it’s meant to be a helpful resource for support. The app has very little information. The courses are not available and just show a blank screen. This is meant to be 24/7 support but there is no support available whatsoever.

Very disappointing when looking for help when going through a difficult situation

Very difficult to even get into the app and find the information I wanted. Then when I did find the support for bereavement the video played but no sound was available or subtitles. Volume was turned up on phone and video and still no sound.

Organisation code

This is posted in my office but I can’t even access it as there is no way of finding out the code to join without filling in more forms
Not what you need when looking for help

Great content but technical issues are common

This app has a great premise, and has genuinely had a positive impact on my health. The wellbeing tools are great, but I personally get a lot of use out of the workout plans. Having a set routine makes fitness so much more achievable for me, and the variety of plans are great. The problem is not in the content of the app, but the way it functions. My main issue is logging in. It’s very finicky and you don’t stay logged in after every session. I’m accessing the app through my university and have to input my email every time which then opens up a browser to confirm the log in, which often doesn’t work either. I think being able to create a proper account utilising your organisation email used to log in and a password would be much more effective. There are a few other tech issues in the app, such as the ability to add a workout plan to your active plans but I find the lack of a permanent log in the most frustrating. Hope this gets fixed soon, but otherwise brilliant app!

Doesn’t load

The app just goes blank when you sign in.

Needs to work in the background

The calming sounds on the app are great and would be really helpful for getting to sleep - if the screen didn’t have to be on, lighting up the whole room. And I’ve checked the settings - background app refresh is enabled and I’m not in low power mode!

Broken

This app doesn’t even get as far as a login, it crashes constantly.

This app needs a lot of work

Crashes all the time

Un Usable

The app constantly crashes and closes whilst loading up, I have up to date software etc and have reinstalled the app a few times but no luck, seems broken.

All your Spectrum.Life info at your fingertips

This is an amazing app that allows you assess everything you need to enhance your wellbeing in one handy location.

Disappointed

Was excited to explore the app and start using it but I downloaded it and wouldn’t even open, just kept crashing. 🤷‍♀️
