App problems
Showing my position on app with blue dot but sending taxi to another place with green dot. Also booked again another taxi at 1430 when I had already arrived in London. Ghost booking as I didn't book it
Fine when it works!
Pre-booked and pre-paid no problem. At the right time driver was assigned and was on route. Then …nothing! Booking reverted to “Driver being assigned” No explanation. No way of contacting them. When a driver was eventually assigned and turned up, I had already missed my train! No apology and not obvious on the app how to chase up or complain.

Apple Pay stopped working after one of the last updates. The app is now useless.

Unable to change journey midway to add stops, no option to add stops from the onset. Controller very rude to me as a passenger and driver

The app it self isn’t that efficient I’ve used it the first time since it changed and I needed up booking two booking as it wasn’t on my screen or my booking and then it booked another driver. Finding the bookings shouldn’t be hard as it is on a new app the trip should be showed on screen like othered

Do NOT use this app!
The tax company behind this app charges its customers even if the taxi doesn’t show up which occurs regularly. There is no way to recoup your money and the taxi’s are awful. I’m never using this service again!!!!

Drivers don’t show up and we are charged for cancellation
Very disappointing service from this provider. They take the money from the payment method entered even before fulfilling their service. I had to cancel the booking as the driver didn’t show up even after 30 minutes and was still charged. Best to avoid this app.
