Price lock worked great the day of the update but hasn’t worked since now.

Fuel lock
App has to be used to get fuel lock. Even though other discounts can use your phone number at the pump. So if you don’t remember to pay for fuel on the app at the pump, the fuel lock does not translate to your alternate ID. When typed in at the pump, even though all other discount discounts do.
Fuel lock also doesn’t always work. Like right now, there’s a gas station that just dropped their price. Their price is $.20 lower than the speedway down the road, I unlocked my previous price because my previous fuel lock price was much higher that I locked. And now the app won’t let me lock the new price even though you are absolutely allowed to unlock and re-lock at any time per their policy. So I thought. It’s like they turned the feature off for the gas station that dropped $.20.
I have spoken to customer service and they basically confirmed you HAVE to use the app to pay at the pump to get the fuel lock. Which is not convenient and manipulative of how I want to pay. Yet they are willing to give all other discounts without paying through the app.

Id LOVE to use the app but it wont let me register with my ph#. Just says contact support. And support doesn’t reply soo….
APP NOT WORKING
I have an IPhone X and after yesterdays update I can not access my account at all. Only on browser and the card number is not correct on my account so I have no idea if I redeem points on browser that it will scan on my current card. I have contacted support and no solution at all.

I wish I was able to add speedway card to Apple wallet. That option was taken away. Wish they would bring it back
Love the app
I’ve had a great experience using Rate Mobile Fuel Pay. The biggest convenience for me is being able to pay for my gas right through the app without having to walk into the convenience store. It saves time, makes fueling up much more convenient, and the whole process is quick and easy. I use it every chance I get and definitely recommend it!

Empty not stocked
How disappointed I was at the Oscoda Speedway, walked in approximately 3 thirty, one person doing cash behind the counter a line mile back waiting to check out.
I walked in to get a Slurpe and there completely out of large cups! Then three frozen machines and only three flavors were working.
The counters were dirty, the roller food was empty and no hot pizza!
I can’t believe for a touristy town and as busy as they were not to have things in working order, hot food and no CUPS!

I love my speedway
Speedway is my number one choice for gas! Even when I travel!!! I pass up all the gas stations until speedway comes along. I love my rewards and options to use them. The competitors DONT COMPARE!
Love the convenience
It's so much easier to get in and out when I can use my phone to scan my card and pay.
I SAVE DO MUCH ON GAS
The savings are very good on this app I once saved 96 cents a gallon with the code ALLIN on the 7 and 11 it was so worth the time
Deals/rewards don’t work properly
Been a member for a few months as I just moved and there is a speedway down the street. Went to get gas today, 7/11, to get the 50 cents off a gallon and it did not work. There was not even an option to claim it because every link was taking me in and out of the app store the entire time. In a time where gas prices are still high and so is the cost of literally everything, being scammed on gas prices is just the cherry on top. Will not be getting gas from Speedways from here on out.
