Poor customer service
I was shorted 15 bucks and when I brought this to there attention. She had the nerve to ask me if I know how to count( I do) the manager gave my money back and apologized. It was the miamisburg store on central avenue. This occurred on 08/06/2026

Old food
The best gas prices in the ATL Metro area but the hot food items are always cold and old. From ATL to the South Carolina stores. The hot food areas are ignored and aren’t clean. Food is old.

what time does the promo cut off. Just went to get gas and my .50 was gone @11:00 pm. EST.

It won’t ever let me lock the fuel price always states best price not found try again later.

Won’t open since last update
App still will not open since last update Keep getting an error. Very disappointed it won’t work. Have older phone .. please try to fix the issues
App not loading
I can’t get my app to load so that I can see the daily perks and gas stations . It keeps saying error . I deleted and downloaded again but it stays in error . I restarted my phone and did everything

All the speedways I go to typically are on my A++ side
App isn’t integrated with all speedway locations
My local speedway is in the city of Brea in Orange County (SoCal), but is not an option when looking for a nearby location on the app. Therefore, I’m not able to pay via my phone, accumulate points, or tally up my transactions to qualify for promotions like the one occurring now. 😔
Blue Ash Speedway
I frequent many speedways in Ohio and Kentucky. Since I cannot have carbonated beverages, I love the Frozen Cokes. This location is the cleanest of the various Speedways I go to. There are multiple locations near me and I will go out of my way to go to the Blue Ash Oh location.

Price lock
Price lock does not stay on for 4 days. Only 2 and it’s leading me to believe they only remove the lock when the prices rise which defeats the purpose. I locked my price and it still didn’t show my price. I’ve officially deleted the app and I will not support anymore
The best gas app
I love Speedway! If you interact with the app, you can save tons of money you can collect points and cash the man I’ve already cashed them in for about $600 over the last few years. The app makes it easy to decide which reward you want each month. The other cool thing is that you can block in your fuel price for four days. Go to Speedway

Does not consistently lock fuel prices. It was interesting that it would not lock when the prices were lower then the next day when prices jumped it would lock.
Their customer support seems to be working off a script that does not include actually reading the persons response.
