I took the paid version of this app and it’s helping me a lot

Hi there, thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We're really glad to hear the structure and lessons have been helping you. We also appreciate your feedback about AI feedback taking too long. That's great input that I’ll share with my team. If you have any other ideas or suggestions, we'd love to hear them at info@speeko.co. Cheers! -Nico

Wonderful
One minor feature I wish was there: in addition to the option of manually adding prompts to the interview setting, I wish we could do like a 5 or 10-question random shuffle, much like a real interview would be, where the interviewee is forced to be fast on his feet for a series of questions.

Picks up filler words!
Recently also tried the transcription option in another language (French), and that works well too to record and transcribe the topics.
Situations Not Realistic
I love me some Speeko! A Game Changer for all Public Speakers
One of the hardest parts of becoming a better speaker is simply getting enough practice—and Speeko makes that easy. I use it to record speeches, track my progress, and work on things like pacing. I tend to talk too fast when I’m excited or nervous, and the AI feedback has been a game changer for helping me slow down and improve my delivery.
They’ve also created something I think is absolutely genius called “Talko Tuesdays”—a weekly 45-minute live session where users can join in and practice impromptu speaking together. It gives you a safe place to practice, builds a sense of community, and even lets you experience a bit of their live coaching style. For anyone who’s ever struggled with impromptu speaking (hello, Toastmasters Table Topics!), this is incredibly helpful.
Recently I also tried one of Speeko’s live coaching sessions while preparing for a speech contest, and it was a total game changer. My coach, Jen, gave thoughtful, practical feedback that helped me refine my delivery in ways I hadn’t considered. The session was absolutely worth it—and the improvements helped me advance to the next level of the contest.
If you’re in Toastmasters—or anyone looking to become a more confident communicator—I can’t recommend Speeko enough. It truly feels like having a speaking coach in your pocket.
I’ve loved watching this small Chicago startup grow over the years, and it’s exciting to see them continue building tools and community that genuinely help people become better speakers. Huge kudos to the Speeko team—and especially Jen! 🎤👏

Not great
There are better options out there. Just wish I would’ve researched before buying this one

Hi Tieshanp5, thank you so much for this review. The fact that Speeko helped with your speaking skills after trying all those other options is the highest compliment we could ask for. We want Speeko to be the best speech tool experience you’ve ever had, so thank you again for sharing this. If you ever have ideas for how we can make Speeko even better, send us a note at info@speeko.co. Cheers! -Nico
Very disappointing application.
Little practice, lots of fluff
I’m looking for a quick 10 minute a day skill builder, and end up spending all of my time trying yo tap through the “theory” content without getting to put it into practice.
I regret the subscription.
