Constant Audio Issues
Overall I like the app however there a constant issue with “echo” the coach not hearing me. There’s no external sound I’m practically shouting and I’m asked over and over are you there! So frustrating and ruins the experience.
Can be useful, deceptive pricing
You get what you put into this app. It's very useful for tracking your progress, but you have to fine-tune it to get what you need out of it. For example, on Daily 60 you get things significantly for not sticking to a certain structure. No, I don't need to stick to STAR to tell my friend about my daily routine. I shouldn't have to specify that in the question. Similarly, the Echo assistant doesn't give you enough time to respond to questions that obviously warrant giving the user time before "Asking are you still there?" in that condescending tone. However, asking it to give you more time will help. That said, the lessons are extremely useful as is the scoring criteria and breakdown.
However, the way subscriptions are handled is deceptive, and their customer service is lacking. In-app, a the way the subscriptions are described is ambiguous leaning toward implying you will be put on a monthly subscription bu talking about the subs in terms of months. There is in fact a monthly subscription, and I was happy to pay for that. However, I awoke to a receipt for the annual subscription, which puts me in a difficult spot. I contacted their customer support immediately, but didn't get a confirmation receipt or anything. You would think that with such an AI-forward app they would at least send you a confirmation email, but apparently paying users aren't even warranted that.
