Good when it works. Disconnects constantly. Can't leave grill unattended and check with app.
App not working because won’t login
Why does an app that should only require to be connected to my network lose all functionality if I the app is getting login issues
App doesn’t work
App is awful, keeps disconnecting and when it does connect it’s showing different temps then what the actual spider is showing
Disappointing App
The app doesn’t stay connected to the grill. When you switch away and come back to it, the app pops up a warning that says: “Retrieving Data: This may take up to 20 seconds. You may need to restart the app to force a refresh.” Come on, this is amateur hour.
Unreliable control using this app.
This app is basically useless. It requires setting up for each use. Getting support is impossible. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to get it connected and that is only when you can get it to pair the venom to the app.
