Bad service
Decent app. Terrible work
The worst. I would give it zero stars if possible
I found this app from Lincoln as they are a related vendor. Was excited for what initially appeared to be a terrific concept. Boy was I wrong. After I moved my schedule around a week prior to my appointment they cancelled less than an hour prior. They then tried to schedule a service for Sunday when vendors can’t work in my community. It took three phone calls to reach a human being. They claim their chat is monitored live. It is not. Do not WASTE your time or money. I’ll be sure to inform Lincoln Motors of the type of vendors they are associating with. If you don’t have the capacity to fulfill your services do not make appointments that you cannot keep. App so-so / Terrible Service
I’m DONE with Spiffy, not again. I thought I had found a good reasonably priced car wash service but they had to do all these weird things and ruin it.
This is my first time using them. I’m glad I started small with a simple car wash. The technician arrived one hour early and I was not ready to receive him so I had to hurry up and get him the car keys, then I went back to finish getting showered myself and in the middle of it I got a call, had to jump out of the shower, again, and I got a VM saying that if I don’t reply back in 5 minutes the technician would leave and I would be charged 25 bucks. I got dressed quickly and ran to find out that he needed the car code to move it to other location to wash it, why I asked, and the answer was to prevent lawsuits while they washed it and the products they use . Very weird because they could have washed the key in the driveway like normal people but raises the question on the chemicals they use to wash the car. Well not them. I was upset and the technician was not happy and let me know it. I let the washing be done and is the first and last time I use them. Deleting my account and app.

Useless app
Cannot even add my location to get an appointment and even talking with their chat was not helpful and they couldn’t add it either
Terrible
They rescheduled the appointment for MULTIPLE time and finally came on a rainy day. Then they CLAIMED they halfway cleaned my car although I feel they did almost nothing since they are still a lot of places not cleaned, including interior , exterior, tires, glass, water marks, and light scratches, none of them were taken care of. I called the customer service and they promised me for a “redo”, then they send someone but said “they will NOT redo but will finished the uncompleted work from that rainy day.” Not surprised, all those exterior water marks, light scratches, interior dirts…etc. are still there. I paid for 4 hours service (Totally Awesome Detail, which is their most expensive service) yet they spent less than 2 hours in total on my car.
