I thought this was a free app with in app ads but when it popped up it was asking me to subscribe.
Best app for seniors !
I have been looking for an App like this for a long time. I just gave up finding what I really wanted. This covers everything that a person needs in one location for their physical and mental and spiritual well-being. Particularly like the conducting and drumming videos as I am a former band Director.

Great for senior fitness!
I’m so impressed with this app and the Spiro100 platform. I’ve been an Active Aging Specialist for many years and LOVE that it caters to the “young at heart” demographic with brain exercises, balance work, and fun classes like conductorcise! It’s really awesome!!
