App needs updating
I play badminton and there should be an option where it says under the persons name what level they are. Also, for intermediate games only intermediate level players should be allowed to join. There also should be a feature to message players if they want to communicate and arrange own games, etc.
Good concept BUT
A really great concept, but the app is full of bugs and has been for the past 2 years. Additionally, the Sportas team get very protective and will reject your requests to host games by providing a different reason each time after you’ve been a host for months. Note that the apps own terms and conditions state that one may host games. It seems overly money driven and cliquey - you’re favoured if you are likely to make a lot of money for Sportas, or rejected if you’re actually about sport and community.

Great idea!
Brilliant app, everything works nicely, and I’ve really enjoyed being connected to other people through the sports I’ve started going along to, as well as keeping fit. Would recommend this app to everyone!
Simply The Best
It is simply not possible to say how good this organisation is. Probably the best of its many qualities is that it is all so very simple to join a game that you love playing. Click on the sport you enjoy. Click on the game of the week you would like to play. Choose a game. Pay. Show up and have fun.
On the 25th of this month I will hit age 70. However, I still feel 17 and that is in part due to having been a member of Sportas for two of the three years that it has been in existence.
I am awaiting an MRI on my left hip. If it doesn’t go well, I might finally have to hang up my football boots, but I’m proud to say that until it got very painful a couple of months ago, I scored five goals in one match.
For me, the most important thing about Sportas is that it will enable an older person like me to carry on feeling as if they are 17 even if they are 70. That fact cannot be underestimated in terms of the beneficial effect on a persons well-being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Why spiritual? Because we are built for connection, not isolation. Sport is one of the best ways on the planet to be connected and Sportas does this better than any other organisation on the planet.
And finally. I am a fan of the women’s football game and it is wonderful to see that Sportas has women only football games and mixed gender which I have also played. I’m not ashamed to say that some of you ladies are very capable of showing some of us men how the beautiful game is played!

Great app for players and organisers
As an organiser I love this app. Not only does it help us fill our weekly football matches, with many of the casuals now becoming regulars, but the team are great at helping us when numbers are low. We’ve tried a few of these and I can honestly say this is the best one on the market that we’ve found.
