Amazing app
Love it. It’s fantastic. I’ve got a post grad degree in exercise science. Has made programming a breeze. I can tweak it where I disagree. But it creates great programs.
The only thing I don’t like is that you have to program training days, rather than say a set rest period such as 48-72 hours. So it gets a bit clunky when you delay a session for a day

Garbage App
It works great for the first week. Second week, all the sets and weights I did from last week gets all switched up and follows lowers weights and random reps.. Super frustrating. Had this app for months and kept giving it a try and does the same thing every time. Better off using my notes app to track my workouts..

It had good potential but in its current form it is unworkable. The AI consistently gets it wrong and doesn’t seem to be improving. Many other apps on the market for a similar price that currently do it better.
Great App that needs a pdf download of individual workouts
Great App that needs a pdf download of individual workouts or date range of workouts. The text data dump is not very useful. Would love a pdf or excel with the workout results so I can track my progress.
You also should be able to have more than one program running at once. Especially if you’re going to change programs. Now if you start a nee program, it removes your current one. Other than that, I love the app.

Needs Apple Watch App
I really like Spotr to track my workouts, but I keep going back to Hevy for the sole reason that I don’t want to keep pulling my phone in and out of my pockets to mark sets complete. Give me Apple Watch functionality similar to Hevy’s and you’ve got me for good.
