App is terrible

For the last month the sessions I have scheduled on the app won’t connect. Have had to go to zoom to do the sessions. If they spent more time on making the app work and not give me this worthless AI stuff that is just annoying it would be a better experience.

They try to overcharge you for everything

I was charged for now show when provider cancelled it and they refused to refund

Stick To In Person Therapists…

Don’t personally recommend. When I got on call for my appointment she was late, and wasn’t very communicative and also ended the appointment 15 minutes early...

I told her about my situation and she said “Have you tried or thought about being on your own?” As if I had a choice, most people my age do not have the ability to live on their own, it’s unlivable. Anytime I would say “I don’t know how to cope with these feelings” she just ignored me and went to a different question without discussing it further. Every time I spoke she looked at me like I had ten heads, she was not very empathetic personally and it’s just not my thing. She did not look as if she understood how I’m feeling at all and like my words were going through one ear and out the other. She claimed she had years of experience with people with my problems, but did not seem prepared or able to properly work things through with me. She just sped through the appointment with no care for how I’m struggling. I did not feel comfortable with sharing my feelings after speaking to her and regret making the appointment in the first place. Therapists are supposed to make you feel safe and comfortable, not judged and vulnerable. I immediately canceled my appointments with her after the first because I did not feel comfortable speaking to her.

I won’t be using this app again and will keep looking for a therapist IRL, even if it takes me a while. I am not willing to be looked at like I’m stupid. Worst experience with a “therapist” I have had. I was genuinely hoping for better and was greatly disappointed. I recommend sticking to in person, do not trust these online apps.

Mental health

The professionals on this platform are outstanding in every way. The app is so easy to navigate and use. Everything is so personalized and it’s easy to pick and choose professionals. I love it!

I do not trust

I had 2 free medication appointments. I noticed one disappeared despite me never scheduling it and I checked my history it never was. I noticed a couple weeks later that my second one disappeared without a trace as well.

So helpful

Finding and booking appointments has been easier than I’ve ever experienced. I struggle to find what works for me and reach out to providers so this has been so helpful!

Horrible provider

Hardly will the therapists make the appointment and when they do it’s awful treatment

easy

it is very easy and convenient

Couldn’t attend session

As title says. Neither phone nor desktop worked for me to get into my scheduled session. I was on time. I wasted paid time off to attend a session.

Very disappointing

I have scheduled 5 appointments with spring health tele therapy. 3 of them were cancelled with a few hours notice. The first connection with a therapist I made was a chiropractor who approached therapy in a very different way than was what I expected. That's ok. I moved on. Made a good new connection with a new therapist. We met once I felt a good rapport and approach and made a follow up appointment on the spot. It was 4 weeks out due to their vacation. I waited during that time I had some further life events and issued I wanted to discuss. They cancelled a few hours ahead of my appointment. No offering of rescheduling. This was the third time in a couple of months one of spring health’s therapist cancelled with hours to go. That’s it for me. Not acceptable. Not to mention after my first session there was inadvertently sent emails of notes on me sent to me and other users.

If you need assistance or help do yourself a favor and find a different provider who takes mental health seriously.

Not a good service

Customer service is terrible and providers cant be trusted either

Great with my teenage son

She works with my teenage son. I started seeing positive improvement after the 2nd visit. Now he looks forward to seeing her.

$90 unapproved charge

2026 if a company says they value customers with no customer service Phone Number maybe don’t trust it..? I try therapy every couple of years with no avail. Same here. I have deep childhood trauma I’d like to unravel but every therapist just ends up asking about my week. Same here. I journaled the night before my scheduled appointment and knew that I didn’t need a therapists help for this. So yes I canceled my appointment in less than 24 hours. And they charged my card without my permission or knowledge. I only recommended 1 friend to this service but I will be taking my recommendation back and let them know how this business proceeds with the money of vulnerable people.

Great app if AI were to be removed

Very easy to schedule appointments but AI images are unsettling and AI chats are concerning.

Life changing! Not enough stars to rate. Billion plus!

Reschedule

During our call we had technical issues and needed to reschedule. However, when I clicked on the reschedule button it went straight to cancel. I had not clicked on the cancel button. Their policy is that you forfeit the appointment and you must pay $230 if canceling. It’s no wonder that even if I tried to reschedule it put my request into a cancellation. That’s not mental support but a quick way to make money when there are issues meeting the appointment.

Terrible for providers and patients

I find most providers in this app are low quality. Good providers don’t get paid much, leaving the platform for better opportunities. My company pays for this waste of money — no wonder they spring health has a high valuation.

God bless this app

I love it after years of looking for a therapist I finally have one thank God and the customer service is good

(Updated) Reflections are not submittable on mobile app

Edited:
Okay so someone actually reads these. The bug in the following section was fixed about a week after I submitted this review. I’m really impressed with the dev team responding and fixing the bug.

When attempting to fill out a reflection at the request of my care navigator it is impossible to submit the reflection because the iOS keyboard covers up the submit button and there’s no way to scroll or change the view in a way that will allow for the submit button to be clicked. Really disappointing because doing extra work like this is already hard and it’s makes changing my life and my mental health more difficult since my momentum for progress is just halted. My care navigator said she has heard this complaint from multiple individuals and has even tried to raise the issue with someone from product at spring as well. Happy to update my review if this is fixed
