Quand il y a un problème ou par exemple une question, pour laquelle la réponse fournie correspond exactement à ce qui était demandé, et pourtant on n’a pas les points, on ne peut pas joindre le Helder, il répond qu’il nous revient dans les sept jours qui viennent. C’est beaucoup trop long, et on n’a pas la possibilité d’avoir quelqu’un en ligne, c’est une lacune. Le reste est super.

Doesn’t sync all activities and the help function is poor
I’m not impressed and in fact annoyed the app didn’t sync my longest bike ride. One of the questions in a quiz was so poorly written, it gave the answers of 2, 5 or 10, when the answers should all have been in their thousands.

Une chouette expérience à diversifié un peu plus les missions et surtout le GPS de l’application qui ne fonctionne pas toujours notamment pour la course.

Disappointed
Every challenge allows different options without giving prior notice - working at a desk doesn’t allow for outside time all day but having a stationary bike or treadmill that can be used and now doesn’t count in this challenge seems unfair

Je trouve qu’il manque des activités communes telles que gym ou yoga mais il y a pédalo qui est vraiment hors du commun!
Syncing
The app isn’t the greatest when it comes to syncing workouts through Strava, my workouts would end and display just fine on Strava, but fails to do so when using SquadEasy. I’ve contacted support sometimes they help, other times I was told to wait for my workouts to sync but couple days go by and still doesn’t sync and count towards the mission contribution

L’application bug sans arrêt. Elle ne prends pas en compte correctement la course et le vélo. Les missions vélo et course peuvent être accomplis en marchant donc porte ouverte à la tricherie. Aucune vérification des défis photos, défi photo réussi simplement en postant n’importe quelle photo.

Super concept, mais devrait relever le rythme cardiaque afin d’être sûr que les enregistrements reflètent de réelles activités sportives…

Unfair & Glitchy
Good idea, poor execution. The app rejected my legitimate run as “suspicious” because I wasn’t fast enough for its rigid algorithm. Apparently consistency doesn’t count unless you move at machine speed. On top of that, the app’s buggy and unreliable — constant glitches make it more frustrating than motivating.
