Smooth End To End Purchase Experience

I initially just downloaded it to browse listings but ended up completing my entire flat purchase through squareyards they had someone personally walk me through each decision and made sure i never felt lost or pressured at any point.

Excellent Loan Documentation Support

The documentation assistance squareyards provided during my home loan process was genuinely top notch they checked every paper beforehand so there were zero last minute rejections or delays at the bank level which is rare.

Poorly designed interface

The app does not let one to create ticket.
Tried using “write to us” option however it does not show up anywhere for tracking.
Emails, WhatsApp and phone calls to the company has not resolved a simple referral issue thus far for more than a year. Receiving concerns/feedback from customers is not part of the design thinking.

Manjusree home search-waste of time

More properties are listed in this website but when I tried to connect with the seller, no response from them. The sold out properties are not removed from the list. The listing has to be updated regularly. Otherwise the visitors will be unable to find a new listing and waste of time for them.

Very disappointing Experience

My brother and I purchased two properties (around ₹1.7 Cr each) in Miyapur, Hyderabad through Square Yards. As part of the deal, we were issued credit notes of ₹1.2 lakh per property.

It has now been almost a year, and the commitment has still not been fully honored.

For my property, I received ₹90,000 in February, and I was informed that the remaining ₹30,000 would be released on March 3rd. However, for the past 10 days I have been continuously following up, and there has been no response from the concerned person.

For my brother’s property, the entire ₹1.2 lakh is still pending.

For a company dealing with high-value property transactions, this level of poor communication, lack of accountability, and delay in honoring commitments is extremely disappointing.

I hope Square Yards addresses this issue soon and improves its internal governance and customer service.

Time waste

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing & Time-Wasting Experience

I showed interest in a property on Square Yards, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

The agent contacted me two days later, and when I replied immediately, they took another two days just to respond. Even then, they neither gave the exact rent and location details promptly nor arranged a property visit on time. After that, they simply ghosted me for 2–3 days straight.

What’s the use of this app if potential buyers or tenants can’t even get a timely response? The whole point of a property platform is quick communication and efficiency, but this felt like the complete opposite.

I even have screenshots to prove this poor service. Honestly, this was a pathetic and time-wasting experience. If Square Yards wants to be taken seriously, they need to train their agents for professionalism, prompt communication, and respect for a client’s time.

Fraud app

All the listings are fraud with random prices to get customers. Check for any building type in Delhi, sort by low to high and there will be huge houses in prices as low as 5-7lakhs for purchase and when u contact the dealers they will have no info about the listings and will keep on dragging you to the random locations.

Great All-in-One Real Estate App!

I’ve had a really good experience using the Square Yards app. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and it made my property search smooth and stress-free. I especially liked the zero brokerage and zero deposit rental features — these saved me a lot of time and money.

A very good app at very early stage

Good app. I like the premiumness of this. Only good flats. But what’s the point of shortlisting feature if I cannot jump into the flat details. I can only delete , select or compare. And seems like there are a lot of fake ads with fake pictures. Not sure if I should trust this app

Is there any way your developer can work on this to ease the pain of buyer or tenant to understand and will save time to invest our effort with the right ad posted in the app Thank You

Wrong info & employee unaware of services

I shortlisted some properties for which rent quoted on this app and actual rate has difference of 300%

While I complained the same, executive had no clue of what could be solution and he promised a call back from the concerned team,
On receiving call back to my surprise the executive said they have no clue if square yard deals in commercial property too.. and she started asking me questions related to residential property whereas I had clearly mentioned my requirements over the app as well as call.
Clearly shows lack of- internal communication and trainings of employees

This is definitely pretty handy; considering I'm always out and about. Being able to browse properties from my phone; connect with agents, view properties, manage my real estate transactions-all of that from my phone-has definitely been a game-changer. The app itself is quite smooth, but I really enjoy how detailed the filtering options are. I need a little bit more improvement on the map functionality, but otherwise, it's a solid app!

This app is an absolute fraud.

The people who are listing property are putting up pictures from google and when you ask them regarding visit to their property, they ask you to pay 2700 just for visiting. Ofc after that they are gone, they block you and change numbers. One person had created accounts from multiple numbers and he is literally the same person with different names, when I caught him - He started blabbering. Like seriously? Square yards should actually take action against these people

Scammers

They charged me 63 lakhs instead of 57 lakhs ! If I had bought from direct developer or through small brokerage company they I could have charged less but their commitment is totally fake ! I came to know now from other neighbours that area bigger than mine flat costed them less than 8 lakhs ! They bought directly from developer instead of this fake brokers

Worst ever service. If you value your money never buy their subscription plan

They failed to deliver in every promise they have done to me at the time of purchasing subscription plan. They didn’t provided any inquiries, nor the valuation report of my property. If you value your money and don’t want to be fooled don’t buy any subscription plans. I am exploring legal options to recover my money.
