Totally unreliable.
Cleaners don’t turn up or cancel when they are due to arrive. Totally unprofessional operation, would not recommend at all.

I’ve used the app for the last two months and am very impressed with the services offered. It’s great being able to book the cleaners weeks in advance and when I need them. Would highly recommend.
Cleaners cancelled
I had cleaners booked 3 weeks in advance of a clean, and they cancelled the day before with no repercussions. I was refunded the clean but ultimately left me with no time to organise another cleaner. There should be more accountability to the cleaners, shouldn’t be able to cancel last minute.
Terrible customer service
I’ve had one poor cleaner who left early and was quite rude, and one who is great and does such a thorough job. However this app has some of the worst customer service I have experienced, and from what I’ve heard the owners treat the cleaners very poorly and are very rude to them. They also have lots of bugs to fix in the app and don’t seem to be doing this with any urgency, despite incorrect payments being made to cleaners. Won’t be using the app again. In theory a great idea, these guys just haven’t got it right.

Bad service and poor policy
The cleaner neglected basic cleaning tasks, including ones listed in the booking. Paid for 3 hours but they left 30+ minutes early! Customer support merely said I should book another appointment. Super disappointing, wish I’d never spent my money with them.
