Great Support Cool App
Response from developer
Thanks for taking the time to share this, mikecg123. The symptom you describe — the app not recognizing the end of a pile or stopping to calculate — is consistent with an ARKit issue Apple has now identified as a core issue with iOS 26.4 ARKit affecting iPhone 14 Pro and newer devices. Apple has developed a fix, now being prepared for release through Apple's standard iOS update process. We expect resolution within weeks. In the meantime, please update to SR Measure 9.1.5 in the App Store — it's the recommended version. — James Lobbett, Stockpile Reports
Garbage app. Not worth the money
Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback, mademike22048583 — and sorry for the frustration. The halt message you're seeing isn't a problem with your phone or how you're measuring: it's SR Measure detecting a known issue Apple introduced in iOS 26.4 that affects iPhone 14 Pro and newer devices, and stepping in before it can give you a bad result. Good news: Apple has released a fix, currently available through their standard iOS beta programs (Developer Beta or Public Beta) ahead of the public release, which we expect to be confirmed soon. Please also make sure you're on SR Measure 9.1.6, the current recommended version. — James Lobbett, Stockpile Reports
Used to be good
Response from developer
Following up here, NATOstrike: this is now resolved. The failed measurements and crashes you were getting on newer iPhones came from an issue in Apple's iOS 26.4 affecting iPhone 14 Pro and newer devices, and Apple's iOS 26.6 is now available and fixes it. We have tested it directly and confirmed the fix. Update your iPhone to iOS 26.6 and make sure you're on SR Measure® 9.2.2, and you should be back to measuring. Thanks for your patience while Apple resolved this. If anything still looks off after updating, please let us know. - James Lobbett, Stockpile Reports®
