Fix your app!!
You guys are always on maintenance with this app. People have money that they need to spend for food, their cars, house, constantly gotta wait hours for the app to be back up.
Password sync
I can never log into the mobile app because there is apparently an authentication issue between the web app and the mobile app. I can login on the web just fine. When I attempt to login via mobile app with the same credentials it tells me that I have the wrong username or password. Terrible experience.

I have been banking with them for years and have used this app since it came out. I normally don’t write reviews but this time I decided to. This makes my banking so much easier. From transferring money to applying for a loan. The only time I have to go to the actual bank is to withdraw an amount the ATM won’t allow.
