About
Stadium turns your Apple Watch into a dedicated stair-workout tracker. Start a workout at the stadium and it counts each section — up the big stairs, down the small ones — straight from the watch's barometer, with a live section count, split times, heart rate, and a fast up/down indicator. No phone needed at the track.
Afterward, the iPhone companion breaks down every session: total time, average section, average time up vs down, and a per-section table. Built around Harvard Stadium's 37-section tour (with a setting for tours that finish at the top), but it works for any stair repeats.
Your data stays on your devices — nothing is collected or sent to a server.

• Instant section counting — the count now ticks the moment you plant your foot at the turn, instead of several seconds later. • Workout maps — your route is saved with the workout, so you get a map in the Fitness app (and it carries through to Strava).
