Unbelievable how bad this is.

The keyboard does not even appear when try to add an expense let alone being able to upload a receipt. No password retention, no FaceID let alone a pin! Appalling build. Surely you are embarrassed?
App feels like it’s not been updated in 8 years
Cast your minds back to when iOS 8 was released on iPhone 6… Face ID never existed, the old skl iOS look and feel, and constant bug updates…
This app is like a puzzle which a 3 year old has put together with the pieces not fitting in correctly.
- No Face ID or remember username and passwords (this gets very frustrating)
- The web application is easier to use than the app 🤔😩 (how???)
- When you try and select a date to book holiday, the selection is right at the bottom of the screen where you can hardly see it or select anything
- the user experience is poor. I’m 32 years old who’s a techy and I found it quite difficult to use the app. Imagine this being used across a business with various age ranges 16-65 years old some with little tech experience… it should be easy and simple to use, but it’s not. It’s time consuming, difficult to use and out of date.
It’s 2023… bring this app to the level all your competitor HR applications are at! Pronto!!!

Shonky app
It’s rare these days to come across really badly written iOS productivity apps but Staffology has to be right up there at the top of the table. No password storage, no Face ID, so lots of unnecessary faff every time you start the app - and then the app itself is actually worse than the web platform. How is that even possible?
