They deducting my money as usual every month but showing every time error loading cultures

This app is a fraud. They just ask for free trial membership for 10 days,once done the app is showing errors, i'm unable to watch any show. I tried to contact with app through both ways but no reply.

Not able to watch anything. Stuck on start trail UI. If I am clicking nothing is happening. No support nothing. Really very bad experience. Not able to start trail. It’s really waste of time.
Unauthorized Charges Even After Account Deactivation
Very disappointing service. My account has already been deactivated, but money is still being deducted through auto-payment. This is unacceptable. Please stop the charges immediately and process a refund, otherwise I will have to file a complaint. Poor customer support and bad experience overall.

I contacted customer care and told them how do I watch this app on samsung smart tv but they said you cannot watch on samsung tv as of now also you should give chromecast support so that people like me can have multiple options to watch on tv.
