Nice app

Nice app

Great app

This is perfect to set a reminder to stand up or move or etc

Great idea.

This is the perfect timer. Easy to setup, not noisy and a real help. I’m retired and never realized how long I sit at one time. I start a book three hours later I’m still sitting. This gets me up and moving. I like that I can set up the days, how long I sit and how long I stand. It’s been a great help. Been using it for weeks now and it’s a real help to keep moving.

Stupid app

I got this app to remind me to get my steps in every single hour during the day. Unfortunately, I keep having to reset the stupid thing because instead of going off every 60 minutes throughout the day it goes off 60 minutes after I acknowledge the reminder. That means it goes off at 8 AM. I acknowledge it at 8:30 when I wake up. Then it doesn't go off again until 930. I acknowledge it at 9:35 when my hands are empty and it gets later every hour until it skips an hour, unless I reset the stupid thing every time I acknowledge it. I don't want it to go off 60 minutes from when I acknowledge it. I want it to go off every 60 minutes during the day!!!!!!!!!

No option

I have ADHD and I need to pace myself, only the reminder sound is so subtle that I miss it most of the time whether I am hyperfocused or distracted

Apple Watch

It’s perfect! It would be super awesome if it was compatible with the Apple Watch

Great app!

This app is a wonderful reminder to stand up and move especially for people like me who sit in front of a computer all day.

Really helps!

The gentle reminders help me stay on track and I don’t get sore and stuff during the day!

Useless approach

The app is lack of the ability to deliver what is expected, it's supposed to be reminding the user when time is up and bring his attention, the sound reminder through UI only is so funny and reflect lack of capability of development team, it has to function like alarm, I don't need to check my phone to see if I have a reminder, you miss the whole point of the use of this apo. I'm so disappointed as a professional IT knowing as a user what should I get

Needs a Pause Button

Should add a big pause button for an easy way to turn off these reminders during meetings, movies, etc.

Positive

Good app, fantastic support.

Great app!

Need to stand up every 45 and this app does the trick!
Simple and useful.

Excellent!

This is the BEST health app for us who do remote work. I’m glad I can rely on it.

It helps but not in the way i need

Love this but I wish it could tell if you are standing or not I had set it to tell me every 30min and it did but even if I was already standing.

MOVE

I have a sedentary job and, although, I THINK I move a lot during the day, I realize I still need to move more. This app sends me notices to stand. It gets me to move to a new location and, even if I am still working during my standing period, I move! So far so good. I just need the sound to be louder.

The best one

After using it for a little while, I still absolutely love this stand reminder app. It's helpful and straight to the point.

I find myself looking forward to the next little ding, as the actual standing and moving really does make me feel more energized and less fatigued.

Cute lil app, lovely interface, and feeling better for using it!

Great App!

I love the simplicity and the reminders to help me get up and walk around and do some stretches. Only feedback I would have is if it would provide some some suggested stretches.

Simple BUT IT WORKS!

I have tried many break time apps. Some paid and some free. All of them have fallen short of what they claim to do. Stand Up works like a charm. It has a clean simplistic UI and easy configuration settings. It sends a banner notification and plays a long and loud sound which there are many to choose from whenever your break time has arrived. It then sends another banner notification and plays a sound when your desired break time duration has expired. I do suggest setting your banner notification for the app to persistent. The default is temporary which doesn’t always give you enough time to click on it to silence the break time notification sound. This can be done by going to your device settings, scroll down to and click on apps, then scroll down to and click on Stand Up, then in the notifications banner style switch it from temporary to persistent. You’re all set to go. I hope you enjoy the app as much as I do.

A very versatile app

While it’s very good at what it says it is, a stand up reminder, it can be used for anything that you want to do on a regular basis throughout the day. A friend wanted a reminder to stretch regularly. Her fitness tracker would only remind her to stand up if she had been sitting. If she was doing housework, she was standing, but not stretching. I recommended this to her, because it doesn’t go by what you’re doing. It also has very good customer service. I asked a question today and it was answered very quickly.

Using as a water timer

I know it’s meant for standing, but it’s so effective and simple for drinking water on a cadence. I would go day without drinking water, but just set the timer to go off every time minutes and take a sip. I like that it starts and ends on its own.
