“Unable to create new account. Please try again later”
I have tired multiple different emails to no avail. I have tried a different name as my names usual, thinking that might be why it didn’t want to accept it, no luck. Tried different types of passwords and nope. So I’m a bit gutted. Deleted the app and reinstalled, didn’t make any difference.
Glitchy
This app was so helpful at first but now it’s erased all of my child’s progress and won’t even let me create a new profile
Broken
This app is really great and useful for me as a behavioral therapist. Unfortunately, it is extremely glitchy, and I believe no longer works. I have not been able to sign into my account for over two weeks and before this I have had a lot of issues with the app glitching. I have attempted to contact support numerous times, but still have gotten nothing back. Hopefully they fix those bugs and update the app.

DO NOT BUY
We used this app for about 2.5 months and my kid was having fun tracking his stars. It was great until it glitched out. Would not work at all. I tried restarting etc. contacted customer support with NO response. Deleted it and reloaded it. Now I cannot login and get an error every time I try to reset my password. I paid $50 for the annual subscription. There is NO SUPPORT. Waste of money. Very frustrated.

It used to be great
We LOVED using this, but suddenly we are stuck in an endless loop of starting over without it actually letting us.
Waste your time and it all gets deleted
This is a paid app. Not free to use and ironically you spend all this time setting up your kid’s star and incentives only for it to delete everything one week in. The worst part is it won’t even let me remake my son’s profile. It won’t let me make any profile at all now. Stay away!
Stopped working
I paid 1 year subscription and it doesn’t work anymore since last Friday. Lost all of the data and kids information. Ask me to setup new kids, but when I try to setup, it’ll say there is Error
Consistent part of our life, currently not working
I’ve been using this app with our 2 girls, ages 7 and 10, many many times per day for 3 months. It’s integral. It’s not perfect but so close and has been worth every penny.
It’s been down without any tech support available for 3+ days and I am disabled without it.

The app was working ok until the newest apple iPhone update. The app was pretty glitchy, and didn’t always stay on the screen you were using, but overall it worked fine. After the update it logged me out, and now won’t allow me to log back in. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, and it still doesn’t work.

Not working anymore?
as of last week me and my kids profiles were completely inaccessible and we were prompted to start over, but upon putting a name and picking an avatar, it gives me an error, it really sucks because this app was perfect for what we needed,
Great idea, glitchy app
I love the simplicity of the app and the idea of it but it’s just so glitchy. I often have to restart the app to award stars or when switching between child profiles. Today I went in the issue a setback and it sent me to the set up page like it had erased all my data. I tried to go through the setup again but it said it couldn’t create the child profile and to try again later. If those issues were cleared up I’d consider paying for it but as it is it’s not worth it.

Great app!
So far this app has been helpful! The only thing that I would love to see is the ability to add one-time tasks, so I can add things specific to a certain day that needs to get done but isn’t necessarily worth a bonus Star.

I needed a simple app for positive reinforcement. This works well, has a kid-friendly interface and is nicely customizable. It’s exactly what I was looking for, and an improvement from the other app I’d been using previously.
As an aside, I’m grateful that this allows for purely positive reinforcement, but also has the capacity to be setup for positive + negative if you prefer. Thank you for this clean, simple, well-done app.

Do not pay!
DO NOT pay for the additional features. I bought it yesterday and when I try to give my daughter a star in won’t allow me to. I edited everything in the setting and it still won’t allow me to give her stars at all. Not worth it.
Great app but needs adjustments
Great app so far! I’m using as a token system for my 3-year-old. Only feedback I have so far is I wish I was able to add pictures of the rewards instead of having to choose an emoji 🥲 For example, one of the rewards for my kid is a squishy ball and there’s no emoji for that 😭
Good Concept
Good concept, horrible execution. The stars don’t add up properly so I’m having to manually count what my child should have then adjusting. It’s a waste of time.
12 year old
We have searched and searched for at least 2 years for the perfect chore app. We wanted one that enticed our daughter to use it and it had to be super easy to use. We didn’t need bells and whistles; just simplicity. Our search *finally* ended today. You hold down the star for completing the chore. The stars add up to the amount that you have set, then you reward them with whatever you chose for that certain amount of stars. They are able to see how many stars are collected in the top right corner and they can see what they are working towards. Our daughter chose ice cream for 35 stars - that’s a win for me, being able to take her to have some mama/daughter time over ice cream cones! I thought our daughter, who is 12, would enjoy the stars option for which rewards to complete, but she switched it to the list; which was a nice option for her. As of right now, I had to login to the parent account on her phone so she could collect her stars on her own without grabbing my phone. The child account does not yet work on a child’s phone to collect stars. That did not deter us. We love this app!

Lovely app, until you forget your password!!!
Great app to use, kids love it, easy to personalise etc. unfortunately my daughter accidentally logged me out and you can’t reset your password unless you know your old one?! Slight glitch in the setup I think, please help me get back in ☺️

It works perfectly haven’t had an issue with it to date, keeps children on the go and going for their tasks to earn stars & rewards
Needing some help
I’m excited to use this app! It looks perfect, I just can’t figure out how to add stars when the task has been completed for the day. Help please. :)
