Disappointed
This situation is extremely disappointing, especially when the credit line was promoted by the company’s sales representatives as being similar to a credit card—reliable and accessible during emergencies. Unfortunately, that assurance has proven to be misleading.
I believe customers who have consistently demonstrated financial discipline deserve transparency and continued access to the services they were promised. I hope the company takes note of this and works towards resolving such issues fairly.

Emi deducted twice loan is closed
It has been a very long time still struggling to get a response from them. No reply on mails, no calls, no option of raising concern on app. This is there idea of getting money once a good customer made everypayment on time and closed loan. No update till now just a message on app that we are working on it from more than 2 weeks. When payemnt is late even by a day these app keep on calling everybody in your contact list but at time of getting refund your own money they can keep on postponding for months without any response.
