Can’t get into app as requires me to buy a new phone. Not good enough. My iPhone is an 8Plus
Why do they upgrade app to only be accepted by IOS17 or higher. This is unacceptable.
Not easy to pay online
Six attempts at getting emailed security number to login. Ten minute expiry, most were well under that. Number expired reported back, needing re log in etc etc. It took far too long. Payment was easy, once I got there.
Rubbish
You cannot add a driver on the app .you fill in all the form and then it’s says ring us 😡and then when you ring they have no record of the form and you have to go over it all again 😡
