I find this app very user unfriendly - too complex to open, and awful to navigate from home page to wherever I want to go. Even this rate option is very user unfriendly.
Can’t download
Always used the app with no real problems but now am unable to download new or updated versions so can’t use app at all. There are many people who can’t afford or don’t have a newer phone/ tablet/laptop and this isn’t good enough for your customers
Policies canceled but still being charged
Do not go with this company please.
Down load new app
I can’t as I don’t have a flash iOS phone .. but my phone works fine with old app 🤨
Don’t get Ami
Do not recommend have be with them for a couple years on full insurance and had flood damage and my car got stolen and 3 month late nothing done about it
