Appallingly bad
This app on the iPad does not support Face ID or anything else it’s just a wrapper for website and you still need to log on via or text message in the day and age that is an excusable particularly given how large AMI is as a business in the fact of their own by IAG. I’m getting a Claude to write a better app might take me 10 minutes better than using this app from the large multinational.

I find this app very user unfriendly - too complex to open, and awful to navigate from home page to wherever I want to go. Even this rate option is very user unfriendly.
Can’t download
Always used the app with no real problems but now am unable to download new or updated versions so can’t use app at all. There are many people who can’t afford or don’t have a newer phone/ tablet/laptop and this isn’t good enough for your customers
Policies canceled but still being charged
Do not go with this company please.
Down load new app
I can’t as I don’t have a flash iOS phone .. but my phone works fine with old app 🤨
