Continuous fraud calls
This gem card gets so many calls about it been hacked. So I’ve cancelled the card but I still receive calls about someone else using it continuous call. That I’ll have to block over and over again given this company my details of the worst thing ever.
Disgusting forced into hardship
I was forced into hardship when I called advising I’d miss a payment. I had no choice but to say yes to their bullying.
My account is paid off. But not reinstated I called yesterday I was told once I make 3 consecutive payments it will be reinstated.. sorry! What? It’s paid off ffs.
