Live chat via the app is useless
Despite leaving the screen unlocked and constantly tapping the screen to make sure it doesn’t lock, the app randomly logs you out and makes chat start again EVERY TIME
Couldn’t even get passed the link account section
App is useless and people who work there are as good as bricks. Tried to link my account and had no success told me that need a 16 digit card number every time i put my card details in and cant use my account numbers because its less then 16 digits. Anyways tried calling them to get it fixed and they said “sorry we cant help you, you need to add the account number first.

Greed in action
Latitude are the perfect example of how deliberate design is in place to trap you - also makes it clear how they are often seem as targeting the desperate. The only fee free way to pay is of course the slowest and high risk. Pretty despicable capitalist behaviour really.

This update on iPhone 14 iOS 18.7.8 app turns off when you try to open accounts rest of app works ok
