Disgusting forced into hardship
I was forced into hardship when I called advising I’d miss a payment. I had no choice but to say yes to their bullying.
My account is paid off. But not reinstated I called yesterday I was told once I make 3 consecutive payments it will be reinstated.. sorry! What? It’s paid off ffs.

Latitude App stuck on what’s new page for 48hrs
No help with closing/ deleting the app

You have put a new thing on the Latitude app and it just goes to that and tells me what I can get but it won’t go any further. I don’t know what you’ve done.

Despite leaving the screen unlocked and constantly tapping the screen to make sure it doesn’t lock, the app randomly logs you out and makes chat start again EVERY TIME
Couldn’t even get passed the link account section
App is useless and people who work there are as good as bricks. Tried to link my account and had no success told me that need a 16 digit card number every time i put my card details in and cant use my account numbers because its less then 16 digits. Anyways tried calling them to get it fixed and they said “sorry we cant help you, you need to add the account number first.

Greed in action
Latitude are the perfect example of how deliberate design is in place to trap you - also makes it clear how they are often seem as targeting the desperate. The only fee free way to pay is of course the slowest and high risk. Pretty despicable capitalist behaviour really.

These people cannot process payments in real time. You’ll have to wait five days for a payment to be processed. this does not work for me at all. I have missed three payment now. I have to go to the post office to submit payments through the postal tried no time to do this in institute is a massive hassle. If you like having time to yourself and having money coming out of your account in real time this is not the app for you or anyone.
