Fix it!

Why does the second signing box not work like the first one? Fix it!

Absolute Garbage

Crashes multiple times throughout the day. Even during note taking. Doesn’t save desired date range when looking at my visits. Do yourself a favor and just use a computer, this app is terrible and makes healthcare jobs even more difficult.

Unsafe

No way to view whole chart at once… cannot easily pull up what last shift did. This is so unsafe for patient care.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. No true .

This is a very good app. Yes, they have been trying to perfect it . I like it though ….and it’s getting better and better. .
I’m a Nurse. …I found the app to be pretty darn good. Don’t listen to the negative reviews …… because with these apps you have to give them some time to work the kinks out. This app is just getting better and better.
When you give them a review be specific about what you don’t like or needs correcting. . They do address the issues because I’ve sent them several, and they have corrected everything I complained about. Just know they hear you. Make some good suggestions if you need to! I still say Bravo to this app because its music better than it was !

HORRIBLE

If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. This app/software is genuinely worthless. It has issues AT MINIMUM once a week. If you’re a company looking to use them, do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT use them.

Time consuming

Update: Narratives reappeared. Thank you. However, the new layout is not the best. For initial assessment, it is already difficult to see “click here” because it is not bold enough to stand out, but now the dial to scroll is transparent. So when selecting a temperature location, all the options are visible with minimal stand out appearance. It is that way with all the selections.

Every time you complete a daily to do out of 20-30 interventions, it reverts you back to the daily total. So again you have to select daily to do, scroll to the middle or the bottom, then select what you need to sign off. Such a waste of time. Would be better if you sign off a bottom intervention for it to go back to the bottom of the intervention list instead of start from scratch.

The writing is so much smaller than cub hub and no option to increase the size. In the daily to do list the font is larger. Once you select the intervention, the font size decreases.

Narrative history, PRN med/intervention history isn’t visible. When you need to look back at history to see how the patient was on a previous shift or to give more details during a doctor appt, you need to have “elephant memory” because there is zero history to review. This is a huge disadvantage for continuity of care. Each handover of care may not get previous shifts report information. So in times of illness or abnormal activity, it would be helpful to view history.

A couple of positives, if statewise closes d/t inactivity, if you are in the middle of signing off on an intervention, it keeps your intervention open with what you started. The auto time select for timed interventions is helpful instead of scrolling from 0000, if the intervention is at 1000, it auto sets 1000 and you can adjust the minutes if needed.

I don’t think there are any perfect charting apps, but with certain repeat complaints, would be nice if someone noticed and adjusted.

Not functional

Face ID broken. Can’t login. Won’t accept signatures. Is this app run by sociopaths?

Glitches

App constantly glitches causing me to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Which forces me to re do everything I already did for my shift.

So much wasted time using this charting system

As you complete each section you have to start over from the top and have to scroll back down from where you left off. You complete another box and have to go right back to the top and scroll back down to continue charting. Over and over. Wasting so much time. This is truly the worse charting system I’ve encountered in my multi decade career.

Constant glitches

Keep having to reset my password because it doesn’t recognize the password I just changed it to. Keep having to reset the date after completing each visit because it defaults and reverts to a week view instead of what I set it as.
Update- this stupid app won’t allow Face ID to actually work- I have to manually enter my password for every single login.
When completing a visit it resets the date selection every time.
Such annoying and unnecessary issues.

If you thought CubHub was bad…

Buttons are smaller. Text is harder to read. Interface is less intuitive. They took everything that was bad about CubHub and made it WORSE! How is that even possible? Whoever is in charge of this app, I am begging you, please hire an actual UX designer instead of your cousin Bob or whoever’s creating these across the board poorly designed apps.

Don’t waste time

It is sad when you try to document an actual note on a larger screen rather than on a phone and get to the signature page only to not be able to do so and lose all documentation and have to start all over again. I am sad to have to use this EMR as it is and even more so that it is so inefficient and not user friendly to make charting actually time efficient.

0/5 stars

This app is terrible. It’s the opposite of user friendly. It’s constantly glitching and showing the wrong patient’s name at the top WHILE I am in a session with a different patient. A hipaa violation waiting to happen. Also if you attempt to migrate between the app and desktop site, all of your work will be deleted 🙃 including patient’s signatures and clock in/out times. The desktop site is just as bad as the app, btw. The fact that it’s been on the App Store for 16+ years and is still this bad is insane. Would NOT recommend.

Constantly glitching

Idk what the point of having an app that helps with notes on the go is if it is constantly glitching. I have to log in to my computer version instead and go through so many steps just to check in.

Terrible

If I could give 0 stars I would. There are so many workarounds that we have to do to just be able to document our speech therapy sessions. This app is not user-friendly. The signature page does NOT pick up the entire signature so I have to write ‘marks’ to show the parent where to sign for EVV and it’s a tiny space with no clear button in case they mess up to re sign you have to go back a page and then re do which makes the “real time” clock inaccurate. I was excited that they were finally updating hoping that these glitches would be addressed and fixed. Since the update last week now the app is even worse. Anytime I open a session the display shows a previous patient’s name and it is only when I go into a specific section that the correct name will show up. I could go on and on. I maintain at least two weekly emails with our IT department in our text. Open a ticket with Statewise to address the concerns and they remain to be unfixed and or worse.

Clock out times

When you go to clock out, the app rounds down. So for example, if I clock out at 6:37am, it rounds it down to 6:30am, so I worked off the clock for 7 minutes. I realize that 7 minutes isn’t a lot, but this happens every shift, so it adds up. Also, it’s illegal to work off the clock. And what if something happened in those 7 minutes that needed to be reported? When at work, I need to be paid for every minute that I’m on the clock; there should absolutely be no rounding. And there’s no way to edit my time. Again, this is illegal. I don’t even know how much money this company has stolen from me at this point, but it needs to stop. There will be a lawsuit over this at some point I’m sure, so you need to fix it before that happens.

startup app by unskilled people

Apparently this is a rebrand of the cubhub app, go look at those reviews.
Statewise is HORRIBLE.
I completed an assessment and it deleted all of it. No “clear” button under parent signature. Can’t clock out if parent doesn’t sign. All the text is nearly the same size, with no bolding, so there’s no distinction between headlines and body text. Everything runs together.
What else….pretty much everything is wrong so if I keep on going then I’ll just have to talk about every single option on this app.
It’s not detailed at all. The med administration section is a nightmare. Can’t view past notes. In my opinion, if you’re a person who just want to click click click to be done, then you’ll like it. If you’re a person who cares about your job, this isn’t for you.

I don’t mean to drag the creators of the app, but you shouldn’t be selling it to companies which is causing us this trouble. It’s not ready to be public. Seems like it was made by a teenager who doesn’t know anything about the medical field

Terrible

Glitches on glitches, really unprofessional for a charting system that medical professionals are attempting to use
