Any hostel which uses this app should be banned from opening

The app doesn’t work. At all. Multiple refreshes, different WiFi networks, closing and opening, all result in a plain white screen which goes to an error if you tab out. TERRIBLE APP. DO NOT STAY AT ANY HOSTEL THAT FORCES YOU TO USE THIS. RATE THEM ALL ONE STAR.

The app is simple but buggy and glitchy, it takes forever to open doors you have to repeatedly close the app and open it back up to do anything, the software developers need to do some updating

Avoid

This app crashed my iPhone after using for an Airbnb check in. Apparently issues with the app are well known because the front desk staff immediately knew what was wrong when I went to them for assistance. Don’t use.
