Constant Error Messages
App keeps telling me I’m not connected to the Internet, which is incorrect. Also, self report steps won’t sync to challenge boards.
Works Great
Been using this occasionally for the past 3 step challenges I had at my workplace and it worked great. Love the UI of the app and the different features available.
Unusable
I have no idea what happened in the app between last year when I did a challenge and this year, but the app is close to unusable for me. Nothing loads, I can’t access or see messages in the chat, even though my Fitbit account is connected my steps won’t upload, I can’t edit my step goal… the list goes on. Very frustrating because last year the app worked great. What happened?

The UIF is so messy and buggy
The best step challenge app!
Our company made use of StepSense for our annual step challenge and, WOW! What fun!
The app was easy to use, easy to install and multi lingual! We had a great time racing across the map and watching as we climbed the leader boards!
I thought I was an active person before but this pushed me, and my team, to step up our game whenever at any opportunity.
We are already planning our next challenge and would love to make this an annual event!

App not working
Downloaded the app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and it just hangs on a white screen when opening it!
Bad
Worst competition ever. Change the rules mid competition then disqualify you for working too hard. I wouldn’t recommend this.

Doesn’t connect to my smartwatch
The app only counts the steps that are taken with your phone on you. If you have a smartwatch, it may or may not be compatible with the tracker here.
Error messages
Every time I tried to make an account I’d get error messages, tried everything to fix it. Support never responded either

Doesn’t sync
There are so many issues synching data. It doesn’t make sense !!
Works as advertised
We used this at our company-wide step challenge and the app was really easy and fun to use - highly recommended.
