Poor service; no refunds
I contacted support the same day to request a refund, explaining the situation and that I no longer used the app. They refused, citing a no-refund policy, even though the renewal had just occurred. Offering a free future subscription instead of refunding a charge for a service I don’t want was not a reasonable solution.
The app itself didn’t provide enough value to justify the cost, and the customer service experience left me even more disappointed. There are better alternatives available with more features and more customer-friendly policies.
Steer clear of this app!!!
