Buggy app, outdated UI, limited comps, etc.
Title says it all, I can go on. Bottom line being there’s more to be desired with this app compared to other platforms for Vegas betting. Would be a decent app if we were living in the late 2000s.

Absolutely horrible app
I tried about five times to get this app to verify my identification. It said it was going to send me a text, but it never did. I reset my phone number thinking maybe it wasn’t in there correctly. Then I tried it again but the text never came. Then I had to verify my a selfie and my drivers license. The app wouldn’t take my photo of my drivers license and just kept telling me it was too blurry. I’m on an iPhone. It takes great pics. The problem is this freaking app. It gives you no opportunity to upload a photo of your drivers license because the camera function doesn’t work. About after the fifth try, however, it took a photo and verified my identity. But then it told me I had to go to a station casino to verify my identity. This app sucks big time. Save yourself an hour and simply go to the casino and get signed up that way.

No comps for live betting
Unfortunately stations doesn’t give any comps for live betting, which puts it behind other major apps in LV. I enjoy other aspects of the app, but it would be nice to see play get rewarded

Worst sportsbook app
This is the worst app I’ve ever used for on line sports gambling. Just awful.

Horrible Sportsbook and Kios is the worst!
The sports betting app odd is the worst! They gave you the worst in the market and their algorithm odd changes put you in the worst odds.
Not to mention that their sports betting kiosk is the worst in Nevada.
If you place the live betting the sportsbook assistant will see everything and manually gave you the worst odds for your bet. For example if you see in the Kiosk for Lakers is +105, after placing the bet the assistant behind the counter would reduce it to -115. From personal experience with this sportsbook I would recommend anyone to stay away or you will always lose your money. There are better sportsbooks in Nevada

I don’t know what happened to this app but it is not running as smoothly. Also, I can no longer get it on my IPad? They tell me it will be fixed and they will email me but it hasn’t happened in over a week. It might be time for a change.
App logged me out after winning
I won $8 and the app locked me out of my account. I tried contacting customer service. I got thrown into a queue and when I was next in line I got thrown out of queue and had to restart. Still haven’t gotten help from customer support.
Server issues right before college football games?
I never leave reviews but this app has been disappointing. Constantly signed out, how is there an outage right before one of the biggest weekends to bet football? Potential is there but they aren’t trying hard to compete with the other sports betting apps with consistent issues like this.

Tried to log in for my weekly CFB wagers and the STN app was having nothing to do with my routine. I activated the Chat help, I was 18 in the queue, when it was my turn,a BOT whose name was unpronounceable, typed, we know, trying to fix and will send you an email when corrected. That was 3 hours ago and nothing. As substandard as the STN app is one would think it fairly easy to maintain. It’s certainly not as complicated as Draftkings or Fanduel, where clients have so much more quality content to choose from. But, being stuck in Nevada our choices are limited and unfortunately I choose the worst available app in the state. Do better!!
