No drug name during notifications
Why can’t the app include the first three letters of the drug when notifying me that my drugs ready or need approval. I order many drugs at one time for my husband and me. I can’t keep running to the store to pick up drugs when they aren’t all there?

Fix FEEDBACK section in pharmacy & grocery
Every time I try to login, I have to change the password, so I checked off biometric. Hopefully it keeps working. When a request is made to reset the password & you are sending an email, please state the email is coming from RBS Wallet! There is no indication it is linked to Stop & Shop. I thought I was getting a scam. I called the customer service # & had to navigate through a maze of recordings to get a live agent. He asked for my name, address, dob, phone# & I gave the information. Then he asked for the pharmacy location & last script. I started to feel uneasy & asked where he is physically located, he replied the US. I doubted that, due to his heavy accent & I asking him to slow his pace. He said he had a few more questions but I declined to answer & told him that he never tried to verify me with a text or email for me to respond back to him. He said maybe my doctor’s office can help & we ended the call.

“House cleaning” needed & missing Rx info
When I look at the list of medication’s under Refills from Account & History, it’s bloated with obsolete entries, making trying to find what I want to mark for a refill a little difficult. While on one hand, I do like a historical archive list, for a list where I’m trying to select what to refill, it would be very helpful if a provision was made with some means of house cleaning where I could remove the obsolete entries.
Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could include just one tiny bit of extra information in a medication’s entry under the “View Details” info…. that info being the “quantity” (the quantity of the medication, e.g. # of pills). It would help me understand why a refill can’t be done and when a refill could be made.

App Not Working
This is the worst App I have ever used. As of 2 days ago it just stopped working and says there is an error and to try again. Well I have tried everything as well as deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. Cannot reach support either. Since the app has sensitive information it’s extremely frustrating to say the least. Take some advice from the Walgreens Pharmacy App.

Easy app for refills
Very easy to use.
Doesn’t work
Can’t pay with HSA card, can’t edit card details, can’t manage wallet. These issues have not been resolved in months. The app is not very intuitive. It needs work to make it more user friendly. Someone do their job!

Always a pleasure to deal with. Never any problems and simple to refill or pickup new prescriptions. The Pharmacist and staff at this particular location are always working at their best. Polite, respectful of my information and always eager to help. Highly recommended.
