Worthless scam
This just auto-renewed. I subscribed a year ago, but forgot about it because IT DIDN’T WORK. I’m buried in political fundraising emails. Waste if $$$
It really works
I was getting political messages almost every hour. “Friend, you are the last chance to save our nation and I’m an unknown candidate from a thousand miles away. Chip in! Chip in!” It was making me crazy and I knew no way to turn it off, except possibly changing my phone number and losing contact with friends I couldn’t reach. In desperation I threw ten bucks at this app, ten days ago. I can hardly believe the results. Immediately the political messages came to a complete halt. I have not seen one in 10 days. If things change, I’ll come back and let you know, but I’m giving Stop Donation Spam a total and enthusiastic positive recommendation.

No Longer Working
I installed this during the last election cycle and it seemed to work pretty well. I went from getting multiple political spam texts per day to just 1-2 per week. Now I’m back to the multiple per day. So whatever algorithm had been working isn’t any longer. Bummer. Canceling my subscription.
Doesn’t work iOS 26
App worked beautifully until iOS 26. Doesn’t work w/25 and app author doesn’t respond to support. Email. I’d give it a zero if I could.
Used to Work, but no more…
When I first installed this app, it was like a miracle! Donation spam almost stopped entirely. But over the last six months, it seems basically worthless. I am inundated now with political fundraising texts. I spent several months reporting every text I received to the app, with seemingly no effect. Not worth paying for anymore, sadly. Sure wish there was a way to stop these texts that actually worked.
