The exit door has been broken for well over a month which influences the staff to keep the entrance door wide open for anyone to enter the facility. I have never even witnessed the entrance gate closed, so there really is no security for the patrons personal property. My storage is at row C which the light or motion detector has been out since I moved in about 3 months ago. I really feel unsafe and feel as if I need some sort of a weapon to even visit my storage unit. I have never seen conditions like this at a storage facility
