Unhappy tenant
Not a fan of an additional service charge to pay my rent. Shame on any apartment that forces their tenants to pay for their rent with a card- hence the service charge. Annoying. I stay here for my child to have stability and convenience of the high school being right next door. Minnetonka is a great place to live but the management for this apartment complex does not seem to want to invest in their units or make accommodations to their good tenants- I pay my rent on time every month and rent is high considering the shape my unit is in.

I love Stratford Wood apartments. I’ve lived here for over. Year and have loved every minute. Also thank you maintenance staff and managers. You make this place a great place to live.
