Bug application - Annulation impossible
J’ai réservé un hôtel à Copenhague via cette application et après avoir validé la réservation les dates n’étaient plus les mêmes, ni le nombre de voyageurs, ni le nombre de jours. Résultat, je me retrouve avec une réservation pour demain que je ne plus annuler au lieu d’une réservation pour Avril 2026! J’ai envoyé un mail à l’hôtel en espérant qu’ils pourront m’aider à corriger ce bug de l’application. Un bug de 710€ en ce qui nous concerne!! Faites très attention avant de réserver via cette application.

Getting political views shoved down our throats all the way to app icon on our own phone has become unbearable.
Name is terrible
I’ve had this app for years and just decided to delete it. I travel a lot and had this app was in my Travel folder with my other hotel apps. When I need to book a hotel, I look to see what’s near my destination then open my Travel folder. I look at all the apps with the hotel names and see Strawberry. What hotels did that cover again? I don’t remember and I’m tired of checking. It’s not intuitive and there’s no good reason for that.

Urusel app
Har allt man behöver men inget funkar. Apple hemnyckel? Kanske. Skicka feedback? Trasigt. Hjälpsidor? Osmidiga.

Login doesn’t work since months
The Nordic Choice App worked, but login into the Strawberry App doesn’t. Since June reviews show that a login is not possible - any plan to fix this or pull the App from the AppStore if you don’t want to fix this!

Used to be a convenient tool. Now not working anymore. It is as often a mystery what these software developers do to mess up an App.
„Please try again later !“ since weeks
Can‘t get into the app . I tried when we where at a roadtrip in Norway several times and I always get a „Please try again !“ The customer support had no idea. It is a little bit disappointing, because my experience with every department of Strawberry hotels was extremely well and generously
Search not available..
Since this changed from airbnb to starwberry, I cannot search not do my previous stays are visible. At current state this is useless. iPhone 13. Deleted and reinstalled, still not working.

Sign up does not work
You enter a whole load of details then it tells you your account cannot be created as the phone number is already registered with them, but gives zero opportunity to reset or correct this. So I am left unable to register and unable to login (as I do not in fact already have an account). No contact details for who can solve this are provided.

Please try again later
After many app updates, still unable to login using the app on my iPhone or my iPad. Always says “please try again later”. Same login credentials work just fine on the web. What’s up Strawberry?
Nothing works
Whatever I try, it is not possible to login or see any bookings, etc. I tried by deleting and loading the app again, but no screen/chance to enter my details. Everything works on my normal computer- it is the app itself (in this case iOS latest version.
