Accessibility

One thing that is driving me nuts is the accessibility of the colors of font and size being used. Light colors that are pastel ish and hard to read. Tiny, tiny font size on top of it.

Stops working correctly

I loved this app originally but now it takes measurements mostly while moving, does not update properly and is not working as it should. It is supposed to take measurements while you are relaxed and it never does. It takes it while I am moving, or even working out and now all the stats I have been tracking are not accurate. This is NOT WORTH the money considering Apple health gives you more accurate readings and is free. Ridiculous.

Nope!

The idea of this app is really good, but it drained my watch battery and the readings are not that accurate. I wish it could tell the difference if I was sleeping or walking

A Lifesaver for My AuDHD Dad Brain

As a dad with both autism and ADHD, this watch has become a crucial early-warning system for my stress. I’ve been using it for about five months, and the real-time stress data helps me notice when I’m ramping up and actually put on the brakes before I crash. It doesn’t fix life, but it gives me a clear, objective signal that my nervous system is getting overloaded, which has been huge for preventing burnout.

Inaccurate

Inaccurate but an interesting idea which could use improvement. The app does not accurately calculate hrv using its own formula. App will have random spikes of bad data, which do not match the minute before or after, and do not match iOS’s figures. Once the developers correct their algorithm, this app could be useful.

Brilliant pacing app

I had major surgery last year and this was what helped me recover. A year on and I still use it for it’s brilliant sleep insights, pacing my day so I’m not going at 100 mph and it’s not for everyone but when I exercise I LOVE the little food equivalent icons that appear in the summary. Really makes me smile! Well thought out and great value!

Love the app but buggy.

This is a great app. It does help you be mindful. Unfortunately, if you use the AI portion it locks up and you cannot read the whole thing without closing and having to restart the whole app, which sometimes allows you to scroll quickly to the bottom to finish reading the summary.

Ne fonctionne pas

Pour ma part, l’application a fonctionné la première journée. Par la suite, aucune donnée pour évaluer mon stress…

Hrv study

I have been watching my hrv with this app and 1 other and I love this app. It has a suggested age that u are trending at and I like to try to get my bio age younger by keeping up with my health! This app is great for that and I feel like im learning healthy habits that I will use the rest of my life

When I’m over the top stressed it says I’m not

Not accurate

Didn’t feel like the tool is accurate.

Wanna know if u should get

A very good app that does track it but I’m still trying to figure out how to like use it a lot cause it’s kind of confusing but I do suggest another app it does not use your watch. Doesn’t like a monster and it’s much nicer. It gives you exercises calming noises and you can write down how you’re feeling and it attracts patterns. There’s also a higher assistant that talks to you and work through your Guide for completely for free and everything I just sayed is free it is called Anxiety Tracker and has a cute little face on it. It’s really good but this app is fairly nice. I know it’s kind of took you to work and it does require a subscription for some things. I would just if the lights back on I would suggest adding a part where you could like type what’s bothering you or like write down

Not the best

My watch always says I’m stressed out

Amazing

This app is great! Adorable little icons, makes keeping up with everything more fun and easy. It helps with anxiety, and I’m consistently drinking enough water and hitting my daily step goals using it! Helps keep me motivated. I love it.

Don’t do it

It’s a joke. Confusing. No support. It told me when I was stressed when I was fine and happy when I was super stressed. I’m not sure where it’s getting that data but it’s not accurate. Do not waste your $40.

Reads Opposite?

I don’t know if my app is just messed up or what but it seems like it’s reading opposite. Everytime I get an alert that says “seems you are relaxed” it’s when I am stressing the heck out. And then the opposite for when it says I’m stressed. I don’t really get it.

Cool idea

I think it’s a great idea. It seems to work ok, if it’s really able to track that stuff. I do think it’s a little pricy for no more than it does. A cool idea. I won’t keep it because of the price.

Not accurate

This app does not work for me. It is not accurate. On the same day my husband‘s tracking shows totally different from mine. I tried to cancel my subscription, but I was a couple of days late so I was not able to. I don’t recommend it. It’s not useful for me at all.

Valuable tool

I’ve been using the app for the past 6 months approximately and as I’ve learned to use it while also observing enhancements being incorporated, has gradually become a valuable source of insights paired with my Apple Health app.

For the developers: I wish there was a feature to reflect meal times (similar to workouts) so the data can be adjusted as those can temporarily create a spike for a few minutes and falsely lower HRV/raise RHR changing overall stress status. This would ensure a more accurate picture.

I loved this app.

It helped me stay in front of my symptoms. But lately it hasn’t been working
