love this app. Many options, very customizable.

I love this app. It has so many options and very customizable. I use it regularly.
There are so many options, may I ask if more could be added? Could the following be added?
Frog, Fire Hydrant, Donkey kick, Side leg lift, Single leg hip bridge stretch.

Great app

Great app for people with mobility issues and not a lot of time. Easy to follow and very effective

Broken app

The app has videos for each exercise, but NONE of them actually load. This is an extremely easy fix but it’s been broken for the 2 months I’ve had this app. This leads me to believe that the app has been abandoned by the devs. I definitely wouldn’t recommend spending money on this, and tbh it’s not even worth downloading for free when it’s broken like this. Just find another stretching app.

No need to pay

Just watch a ad to use the course for plans for premium. It’s also great I almost got my split in a day and you can even do pre running exercise which increase your mobility and that is a great thing for runners

Basic Stretching App

Good performance app includes a variety of helpful stretches to stay in balance and mobile. However, there is a concern about the plan offerings for annual at $34.99 and yearly at $19.99 yearly, please explain. I would appreciate knowing your thoughts on this puzzle listed on your subscription menu. Thanks & Regards.

Love this app

I have tried a lot of stretching apps and this one by far is my favorite! No ads drama and lots of targeted or general options and easy to navigate. I hope I have this app forever for my health :)

Dlaczego jest bezsensu??? A dlatego że:
Za większość ćwiczeń trzeba płacić,
U mnie nie da się włączyć tej reklamy i muszę zapłacić żeby np. nauczyć się szpagatu!
Jednym słowem: NIE POLECAM!! A w dodatku ci Deweloperzy odpisują na mailu po jakimś miesiącu. Bez obrazy deweloperzy!

On peut régler le volume des astuces du coach et de la musique, mais pas on ne peut pas régler le volume du timer, ce serait vraiment cool de pouvoir le faire !

Stretching at Home

I really enjoy using this app. But…having paid for it, I dislike having to put up with adverts on it, which are really difficult to get rid of and I have to close the app down each time because the adverts make it freeze up.
Sadly, I will not be renewing when my year is up 🙁

Eu fiz a compra de premium anual por 200 reais que foi uma promoção para novos membros,
