Nice and . . .

I’ve enjoyed doing the stretches. Nicely laid out, clear, good stretches, etc. And . . . I wish the exercises weren’t ordered in a way where you’re standing up, then sitting down, then standing up . . . and right now, there is no way to reorder the exercises, although there is a way to decide on the time of the exercise. Also, I wish there was voice guidance. As it is, you have to look at the app to find out what’s next. Hopefully, the new update will have all those improvements. Also, a renewal rate at the same rate I purchased, or maybe even lower. That would really be fantastic. As it is, the renewal rate is higher than I purchased and I know I would not be renewing at that rate.

Love it

Great app, really helpful has done wonders for my neck and back pain, couldn’t recommend enough.

Perfect for an amateur at the gym

Have been going for a year now to the gym and don’t have anyone to ask about stretching to improve my next day pains and flexibility.

Thanks. Truly a worthy app

Amazing results

Started using this app especially for my lower back pain which I have had for many years. Felt the relief almost instantly with the back stretches. I do these first thing in the morning and feels good for the rest of the day including a good nights rest which I was struggling with. Would highly recommend these exercises which only take a few minutes and certainly worth getting and using the app.

Want to just Mariana

Weight

Alright

I got this app so I could add in all the excises from my fav circuit workouts but it comes with its own workouts which is fine for someone who is new to exercise and doesn't have favourite exercises yet. I can't scroll down on the settings page for some reason idk y.🤷🏻‍♀️I still can't find an app that allows me to make my own circuit workouts WITHOUT rest in between.

Lacking

The app doesn't have pictures or video of the exercises so if you don't know them by name, you either have to sub it for something you do know or stop working out to look it up on the internet. The app also doesn't tell you (or let you choose) how long the entire workout is. The app also doesn't tell you many calories you burned.

Great but nothing else

Lost 20lbs but nothing special

Interface

What happened to the interface, changed for the worse overnight. Not happy

Good App

Great for a free app, they just need have different tones one for starting a workout and one for starting a rest phase

Work it!

If you want to work out this app is basic and keeps you moving! Do expect it to tell you what to do that part is on you! Try jogging, speed it up, jumping jacks, air squats, split jumps, push ups, bear crawls, plank. Repeat! Boom now you can't complain about this app! It's free people! Come on get moving!!

its a timer only and it asks you to download a hotel app for a free upgrade which appears to do nothing, not evdn removing the offer for the free upgrade.

What!?!

Cannot upgrade as it says and can only time workouts

Fake upgrade?

It says you have to download the hotel app to upgrade to a pro version... It's a scam. Otherwise it works as a basic timer.

Makes you tap on an Ad app to get pro

Have no idea what the difference is between the original app and the "pro" app (I tried both) but this app says you have to download a Hotel app in order to upgrade. I saw no difference between the free app and the pro app. When you download the hotel app, it wants to take you to a website rather than opening up an app. I may be overly skeptical but this app may be earning some revenue from the "clicks" but my main concern is that we are directed to a website rather than the app working independently.

Awesome!!!

Real interval training on the go! Buzzes every sets and rests. Sets on your control.

Does what it's supposed to do.

Great little app.
Very easy to set the time you want for your exercise and rest intervals.
