Terrible
This company’s product is OK, not great, not terrible. The problem is their insufferable refund policy after they auto-renew you year after year without warning or any possibility of a refund. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Beware! These guys are shady.
Simple and FUNCTIONAL
Strikingly is a simple website creation platform with great features and layouts that look professional. I like it because it works on mobile. A lot of platforms don’t work well on mobile anymore. I use my strikingly homepage to link to my orher work (books, designs, blog, social, YouTube) and it’s really great! Im glad they created it. No complaints,would recommend, simple concept done very well.

Rude Dismissive Service Agents Who Try to Upsell as a Solution even after 5+ Years of Patronage
I have been using this for over 5 years. In over 5 years I have never asked for a refund for anything. I subscribed to their audience thing that worked HORRIBLY!! Literally could not chat with a single solitary person. Every single time the message would fail and the client would think they were being ignored then I would have to just revert to sending a plain old email. I thought it was cancelled. I realize it hadn’t cancelled. I reach out explaining everything and not one single attempt to problem solve was made.
I ask to speak to a manager for over a month and they tell me they are refusing to let a customer speak to a manager…. Like what??? Huh?? Who does that??? That is soo rude. And for this to be my first time in yearssss ever even asking for something like this.
Eventually after repeatedly asking they say they consulted with one and want to offer to sell me something!!!!

Fastest to build, intuitive, immediate support
Ive been doing web design for 30 years. I prefer strikingly as a web builder because it’s intuitive to use, fast to create, and when Ive needed support the chat is instant and they’ve always solved my issue or linked me to an way to follow tutorial. Highly recommend

So far the simplicity is there, you don’t get overwhelmed with buttons and configurations, in my book I’ll definitely keep using it for that reason alone, there a lot that it offers and can’t wait to keep using it!

I went from Wix to Strikingly recently and glad I did! Much easier to use over the constantly changing Wix platform. I got my website up and running in about 8-10hrs. I had a lot of photos to upload so I chose the Pro package. It’s been about 6 weeks now and my website looks professional and is working great. They have many templates to choose from and the ease of use is very satisfying.

Strikingly will charge you for services that they do not provide and will then refuse to offer any refund. They will charge you after you have canceled / ended a service.
Even a glancing search on Google or Reddit (or here) will bring up many such stories. They make a large percentage of their revenue off of these fraudulent charges, which is why they are so dialed-in and set on “no refunds” ever. This is the policy of cowards, though, hiding behind “there’s nothing we can do” and playing gatekeeper for the mysterious billing department that you can never reach.
But, like all cowards, if you press hard enough, they will cave completely (and offer a refund.) So, if you’re one of the many out there who are fighting with them, I assure you that with enough effort they’ll break. When they tell you that they cannot offer a refund, they are 100% lying.
Break them.

Strikingly is a amazing website creation platform but has some glitches.
Scam site. Beware
All you need to do is look at BBB and other sights with reviews. They are scammers. Will charge your card for fees like saying 7 day free trial and you cancel it before that they will charge you anyway. Or say your free 100 members are up and and you have way less. Don’t do it
Their Live Chat support is excellent, I mean EXCELLENT
Well deserving of 5 stars. I looked at other do-it-yourself website apps before, so I was expecting this to be more or less the same, and to some extent it is… it builds websites! The difference this time for me is how amazingly helpful I found the Live Chat support to be.

Easy to use and support is great.
I haven’t needed much support but the bit I’ve used has been incredible. I’ve been building websites since ~1995 and love how quick and easy I was able to use Strikingly to spin up a simple site. This iOS app is great as well.
It’s easy and really good!!!
I love this website builder it’s easy for beginners and for pros it’s cheap and lets you pay in a long term then a short form
