Lovely app not just useful but pretty!

Very useful love the colors. Really great!!

Doesn’t let you do much with free version

A simple repeating task also needs a paid version

I hope they give me a scholarship!

these apps they have are awesome ! I just am in school right now and can't afford anything extra otherwise I would be subscribing to these for sure!

Great app - would love some additional features

This app helps me not miss any necessary tasks and meetings throughout the day.

It would be helpful for the completed task to appear dimmer or a different hue, so you can better tell all of your outstanding tasks at first glance.

Would also like an option for overlapping task to be displayed as blended tasks, rather than the awkward overlapping display, which makes it difficult to determine when multiple tasks are slightly overlapping.

Notes

Keep my notes, keeps me on track of my days. Love it.

KEEPS ME SANE!!!

I love practically every feature of this app, it helps me organize my work schedule, my classes, and every chore and bill I need to worry about!! Worst part of this app is just the task/subtask suggestions, but that is literally it.

Súper

Me encanta es practica

BEAUTIFUL

YES YES YESS!! THIS APP IS WHAT IVE NEEDED ALL MY LIFE. I’M ABLE TO STAY ON TIME, ON TRACK, AND GET A BEAUTIFUL SENSE OF DIRECTION. PRODUCTIVITY IS THROUGH THE ROOF. OVERALL, I’VE BECOME MORE… Structured. 😉

IM CURRENTLY USING THE FREE VERSION, BUT IT DOESN’T LIMIT ME MUCH AT ALLLL. ALL THE ESSENTIAL FEATURES, AND EVEN SOME THAT JUST MAKE THE APP FLOW BETTER ARE STILL AVAILABLE. I LOVE THIS APP SO MUCH THAT IM PROBABLY GOING TO BUY THE PAID VERSION TOO.

ACTUALLY AMAZING.

Amazing

As someone who has adhd this is so helpful And who needs to see my schedule this app is just amazing

Mix

Too complicated to use and I hate the ai option

Good

The only thing I would like is that when you complete tasks they will be deleted or hidden without having to be deleting them

Works!

The only app that works for my adhd beautiful brain. I love the aesthetic of it and the simplicity so I don’t feel like my planner is another task I have to do.

Great for Nuerodivergents!

I have had this app for three years and it truly had saved my life. I have ADHD and time blindness, so I struggle to visualize and estimate my time like normal people. With this, I am visually able to see all the time in my day, and it keeps me on track with alerts/notifications for the start and end of a task so I know when to wrap up.

You can keep your to do list in it too, and drag and drop it into your schedule when you’re ready. My whole brain is in this.

It really helped me when I was in college. When I had assignments and didn’t know when I’d be able to fit them in my schedule. And I would get alerts that I’d have an event that I probably forgot about.

Then you just check everything off. And anything you didn’t get done in the day, you can just drag and drop it into tomorrow.

I’ve tried a lot of different scheduling apps, and this one has been the best so far.

Super user friendly, and they consistently update it, so it only gets better.

Paywall

I love the app but it genuinely takes forever to plan my day out and it just makes it difficult you can pay money to make it easier but I’m broke so idk

Helps So Much>>>>

I’ve been using this app for a long time now and it’s helped structured my days, daily tasks and it’s a life changer as I normally don’t look at the time or I forget so I’ve put important tasks such as “shower”,”lunch” “go to sleep” and I get a notification and I just realised that I had to do this task. Highly recommend!!🩵

Love it

I love this app it actually has helped me become organized and its totally free

Uh-mazing

I have tried so many planner apps, this is exactly what I was looking for, I plan on getting the lifetime plan. Only one thing that gave it 4 stars and not 5. The inbox confuses me. I would love a to do list that I can mark as done, when my grocery list imports from reminders they go to inbox and want me to assign them. I will give 5 stars and buy the lifetime plan if those become available in an update at some point.

Day 2 of my trial and I’m NOT subscribing when it ends

I really wanted to like Structured because it advertises itself as being especially helpful for people with ADHD. Unfortunately, my experience during the trial was the opposite.

The AI was the main reason I considered paying for the app, but it ended up creating more work instead of saving me time. I would ask it to schedule tasks, then have to go back and manually fix the schedule. When I asked it to move a multi-step outing (such as a library trip with walking there, signing up for library cards, browsing, and walking home), it only moved one task and left the others behind. That completely broke the plan and forced me to reorganize everything myself.

Recurring tasks were another major frustration. When I tried to delete a recurring task, I wasn’t given the expected options to delete just one occurrence, all future occurrences, or the entire series. Instead, I had to edit the recurrence before I could finally remove it. That’s confusing and unnecessarily time-consuming.

Importing Apple Reminders was another disappointing experience. I have well-organized reminder lists with headings, tasks, and subtasks. Structured completely flattened everything during the import, splitting headings, tasks, and subtasks into individual inbox items. Instead of preserving the organization, it created a cluttered mess.

To make matters worse, there was no way to select those imported items as a group and hide or remove them. I had to tap each one individually. The only workaround I found was going into the app’s settings and manually disabling each Reminders list one by one. Even then, one of the lists continued appearing in my inbox after it had been turned off. I had to repeatedly enable and disable the list before Structured finally removed those items.

The app also advertises swipe gestures to quickly delete, postpone, or manage tasks, but those gestures didn’t work for me at all.

After spending my trial fighting with the AI, fixing broken schedules, cleaning up imported reminders, and manually reorganizing tasks, I realized I could accomplish the same thing by using Apple Calendar alongside Reminders. The AI was supposed to be the feature that justified the subscription, but in my experience it wasn’t reliable enough to do that.

The concept behind Structured is excellent, and I can see why people are excited about it. However, the current AI and task management experience simply wasn’t dependable enough for me to trust with my daily planning. Instead of reducing my mental load, it increased it.
