Poor programming UI
I am a computer software person but am so disappointed at the recent software update. The firmware does not upgrade and the messages that show up make no sense. I wish Somfy would hire better UI people and make the process simplistic like every other device on the world does. Why does a user have to remove the job twice for 5 seconds? Does this mean 4 or 6 seconds won’t work or if I did it for 10 be ok. After it connects to the network the app crashes!! Did anybody do a QA on this product?
