Only works on metal studs
For me this was a waste of time because my house has walls with wooden studs. Doesn’t find them. Just finds the occasional nail.
Worked for me
I literally just put my TV up just now using this app no BS I was moving around my wall and it was staying at like 50% then I moved to a certain spot. It jumped to 70%. I put a screw in the wall. And it was the stud.

ONLY WORKING STUD FINDER APP
I downloaded 2 more apps along with this one, this was the only one working properly. One asked me to pay money and didn’t work(3day free subscription), the other one was also kept asking me to buy subscription and didn’t worked. This app was DEAD ACCURATE. No paywall, no bs, pure efficiency.

When i tell you i had no idea what i was doing and i was so nervous making holes in my drywall just for there to be no studs but when i drilled there was actually studs this app is a 10/10

Stud finder
I’m not the one to write or use or descriptions on the reviews after a rating but for a quick free Stud Finder this one works amazing if you’re questioning, which one to use and you don’t know much about Stud Finder absolutely get this one

It worked a couple weeks ago. Now it just constantly screams. I even took the case off my phone. And no current updates.

Works and doesn’t ask you for money
I literally never write reviews for apps but wanted to give this one a shoutout because it works better than the other stud finder app I tried, and, unlike that one, doesn’t ask you for money after every stud located. The basic functionality is free. I successfully found a stud with it, as confirmed by my drill. This one should be the top result!

If it works I have 1 stud every 10 feet
It might not be the app falt. It might be that none of the apps work.

Use graph, find Studs!
Best free stud finder out there. Use the graph, slide phone slowly (2” per “one one-thousand” and when graph lines drop that’s a stud. Sensitivity to max helps best.
