I started using this app about 2 years ago and hated it, it was terrible, not friendly at all so I started buying on the website. This year I decided to give it another go and it's just right, easy to use, check orders, offers, points on my account, etc. I see why people gave it low ratings in the past but it's actually a great app now.

Their customer service really SUCKS, I placed my order 10 days ago, I paid for fast shipping, I checked the status of the order today and it still hasn’t been

Fix your ordering system
I’ve lost 30 minutes I’ll never get back trying to place an order. It is a Kafka-esque experience. You have to scroll to pick country and city and enter all your details even when paying on PayPal. Then after all that when you try to pay it says there’s nothing in the cart! You have to start all over. You lost my business and I’m deleting this cluttered annoying app.

Unable to pay
Have been having problem with the app and website. Tried to pay with paypal, it goes error, then paying with credit card, error.
WORST APP I’VE EVER USED!!
I’m not kidding. This app is the worst app I’ve ever used. I don’t know if the app is busy converting Korean to English, but it’s a nightmare to use. I was always wondering if it’s my iPad, phone, computer, internet or whatever device I’m not n, but it’s none of the above, this app is a NIGHTMARE to use. Sorry but not sorry, Style Korean, I cannot shop with you anymore. It’s that bad!

I’m trying to reach out and yet I can’t. I tried creating an account and haven’t received any email to confirm. When O tried to reach through the chat or to write to them I just can’t because I don’t have any email to confirm my account so I can activate it.
Buffering too much..
Love the new update, but everytime I try to click on a section or shopping cart. The screen just keeps loading forever. Please fix this bug!!

Paid extra for tax when they held my package behind, I was told if I pay a certain amount I won’t get charged for tax but no they ended charging me anyways and can’t even get ur money back
Not worth it when you can get the products on Amazon or any other website same price if not cheaper without extra tax being charged

Terrible App
Cannot make a purchase because apparently I’m in the US. Error messages every time I try. They suck!
Deleting it.
Tried to sign up and hit the resend verification email button yet no use. Waiting since yesterday for this issue to be resolved yet no use. I even tried to do it through the website but same situation. Such a shame because it seems to have great products. Deleting it.

Horrible App Always Glitchy
App frequently doesn’t work correctly and won’t allow you to check out. I’d buy a lot more stuff if your stupid app worked! But I’ll go somewhere that knows how to program a functioning app.
