I ordered few things like 2 weeks ago it still hadn’t arrived it’s scam they scam you and they will take extra money from you

Their customer service really SUCKS, I placed my order 10 days ago, I paid for fast shipping, I checked the status of the order today and it still hasn’t been

Fix your ordering system
I’ve lost 30 minutes I’ll never get back trying to place an order. It is a Kafka-esque experience. You have to scroll to pick country and city and enter all your details even when paying on PayPal. Then after all that when you try to pay it says there’s nothing in the cart! You have to start all over. You lost my business and I’m deleting this cluttered annoying app.

Unable to pay
Have been having problem with the app and website. Tried to pay with paypal, it goes error, then paying with credit card, error.
WORST APP I’VE EVER USED!!
I’m not kidding. This app is the worst app I’ve ever used. I don’t know if the app is busy converting Korean to English, but it’s a nightmare to use. I was always wondering if it’s my iPad, phone, computer, internet or whatever device I’m not n, but it’s none of the above, this app is a NIGHTMARE to use. Sorry but not sorry, Style Korean, I cannot shop with you anymore. It’s that bad!

I’m trying to reach out and yet I can’t. I tried creating an account and haven’t received any email to confirm. When O tried to reach through the chat or to write to them I just can’t because I don’t have any email to confirm my account so I can activate it.
Buffering too much..
Love the new update, but everytime I try to click on a section or shopping cart. The screen just keeps loading forever. Please fix this bug!!

Paid extra for tax when they held my package behind, I was told if I pay a certain amount I won’t get charged for tax but no they ended charging me anyways and can’t even get ur money back
Not worth it when you can get the products on Amazon or any other website same price if not cheaper without extra tax being charged

Terrible App
Cannot make a purchase because apparently I’m in the US. Error messages every time I try. They suck!

Tried to sign up and hit the resend verification email button yet no use. Waiting since yesterday for this issue to be resolved yet no use. I even tried to do it through the website but same situation. Such a shame because it seems to have great products. Deleting it.

Horrible App Always Glitchy
App frequently doesn’t work correctly and won’t allow you to check out. I’d buy a lot more stuff if your stupid app worked! But I’ll go somewhere that knows how to program a functioning app.

You have to pay doganal taxes
I’ve made an order of 87€ in 5th October. They will deliver it to me (in Italy) in 16th October because of a public holiday stopped the shipment. I thought that’s also ok cause I’ve spend a lot of money and the shipping was free and I’ll receive my order within 1/2 weeks. After that I received an email that said I must pay and extra amount of money for the doganal taxes. I wrote a message to ask where I can see this information on the app, you can see it ONLY if you go to their policy or if you made it through checkout on the “check note” (same= if you tap on it and there are another page where those informations are written in VERY small character merely visible) so it’s not written in red on the main page. I’ve paid another 44€ to receive the package (because it’s not their responsibility to refund you if you don’t accept the order because of the extra taxes). So if you don’t want to spend so much money be AWARE. After this experience (it was my first on this app) I think I’ll return to purchase where I know I’ll need to wait a month to receive my order but where I also don’t need to pay this huge amount of money because they cover the doganal costs. - I’d understand if you make and order with just one product or a purchase of a very small amount of money, but if the customer spend almost 100€ of products I think would be ok if the company takes care o the doganal taxes..

I can’t check out on the app or the website
I like the site, store and their products. But have issues with checking out recently 10/10/2025. I’ve had success ordering and checking out but not sure what’s wrong with the latest update. I can’t check out. The keyboard doesn’t come up when I have to enter my address. I went to ask question on the chat box and same issue. I can’t find help. Is there an email address I can ask?
