Prodotti ottimi ma l’app è pessima
Un vero peccato, troppi bug che la rendono inutilizzabile. Ogni volta devi fare il login, impostare il paese e la ricerca è pessima

I used this before and it was good but now I can’t log in no matter what the app is super glitchy!!
App funktioniert nicht mehr
Nachdem die App ein paar Monate gut lief, man eingeloggt blieb, änderte sich dies vor einigen Monaten. Man musste sich jedesmal neu anmelden, sah nur noch die neueste Bestellung. Auch ein Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice half nicht. Und heute gab es nur eine kryptische Fehlermeldung, ohne dass sich die eigentliche App geöffnet hat.

Di por perdido mi pedido y mi dinero
Llevo esperando 2 meses y no me han dicho nada, me he contactado por todos los medios con ellos, tratando de ver por qué no tengo ni un seguimiento, ni un mensaje, nada!

La app funciona fatal
Stylevana en si es muy fiable, nunca he tenido un problema con sus pedidos, pero la aplicación es terrible. Se traba, cambia el idioma, no te deja ver la cesta por completo…. Arregladla por favor.

Love Styevana but the App sucks. Cart can’t be properly viewed or edited.

It’s really frustrating to have to log in every single time I use this app. I love that most of my K-beauty favorites are available here, but this issue has made me lose interest. I’ll likely switch to another online shop with a better app experience. If you want to keep customers, this needs to be fixed!

Hire a web designer
The app is so bad it looses Stylevana money bc it’s so inconvenient and slow. I’m up-to-date on the most recent version and literally the app will not allow me to check my car it will only allow me to check out it is so annoying. YesStyle gets so much of my business due to the incompetence of this app.👎

Les prix sont plus abordables que sur les autres sites.
Ils nous offrent des cadeaux full size !! et des échantillons + il y’a souvent des offres sur des marques comme medicube et des codes promo ! C’est génial. Le site est fiable.
Il faudrait juste penser à améliorer l’ergonomie et la fluidité de l’application.
Quant aux délais de livraison, OUI c’est long, comme sur tout site étranger : Yesstyle, Shein etc.
Si vous voulez être livrer en 1 semaine max il faut commander sur des sites français mais désolée pour le même panier on paye 70€ sur ce site contre 120€ sur les revendeurs français ou 90€ sur yesstyle. Donc la question est vite répondue.

Once you figure it out...
Lately I have preferred ordering from here rather than Olive Young, even if the Olive Young app is a bit more user-friendly. Yes, the processing/shipping time can be slow, (I've been waiting over a month for my huge order to ship) but I've ordered many times before and they always fulfill the order and send regular email updates. The only complaint I have about the Stylevana app is the search filter system, which is pretty useless and poorly made. I would rate the app 4 stars for this, but I'll put 5 since I don't think it deserves the low rating it has now on the AppStore. Y'all just don't get it.

Need a complete redesign
The app is the opposite of a great shopping experience and customer journey :
- it doesn’t synchronize with website account so what I added in my cart on the website I don’t find them in my cart on the app
- it always come back to US country when the app opens
- the navigation isn’t fluid at all, it looks like a website instead of an app
- the search bar needs an upgrade, it doesn’t find some products that are available on the app
- the heart button to add to wishlist seems to work every other time
In overall this app needs to be totally revise because it’s not user friendly and doesn’t ameliorate the shopping experience compared to the website, it’s even worse.
Please do something

Continua a perdere la login, impossibile mantenere quindi la connessione. Conviene usare il sito.
App muy mala
Entras a comprar cambias el idioma y se te vuelve a cambiar. A veces te desaparecen las cosas del carrito. Cuando vas a revisar el carrito por si quieres eliminar algo no sube, solo se mueve la pantde detycdo haces scroll. Arregladla por favor
Inutilizzabile
Veramente inutilizzabile, sparisce il tasto per tornare indietro nelle pagine, funziona male la ricerca e soprattutto è impossibile modificare il carrello perché scorrendo nella pagina viene preso il layout posteriore anziché quello del carrello. La cosa peggiore è che è così da quando l’ho scaricata quindi almeno un paio d’anni, non è mai stata sistemata, scoraggiando fortemente all’acquisto.
