AI slop with bad customer service
I have never been compelled to write a review but this app charged me $15 after the “free trial” and then charged $38/month even after I cancelled. I had to literally reinstall the app and reinstate my account to make a request for refunds, and they only refunded one month of use. Then when I emailed for additional refunds their ai bots sent multiple long winded denials.
The 5 minutes I spent in the app was confusing, ridiculous ai garbage as well.

they do not ask your size and almost none of the clothes have been my size or style. They asked for my colors which I provided and they NEVER post inspiration in my colors. There is nothing personalized whatsoever. It is a total scam to get you to go to zara or mango to mail order. Most of the outfits are really ugly and are not remotely n style.

I cancelled this account and paid the price for the first amount. Then I got charged over 80 more dollars. Stop charging me. And give me back my money. I told you I didn’t give you permission. For extending this. Yet you keep charging me. Do u have to go to the court house and speak to someone for this to stop. I want my moneies back

Scam. Can’t find where is the subscription, can’t cancel
Downloaded app just to check it out. Didn’t like it. Happened to check my bank account today and saw 3 transactions for subscription! Tried to find emails from “Stylio” if I may have accidentally subscribed…nothing. Checked my iPhone App Store, also nothing. Customers will ALWAYS receive email notification to confirm subscription unless it’s a scam. Read through all the reviews, all same theme. Tells you a lot about this useless, scamming app. Giving you 1 star is extremely generous.

Signed up through instagram. A week later, had three charges totally over $100USD, after receiving no value. Buyer beware.

Color analysis was way off. It picked colors that I know from painful experience make me look ill. By the time I could see the color palette, I no longer had the option to edit.
I’m middle-aged and overweight, but we’re no options to enter size so that I get clothes that might fit or be flattering.
Asked if I wanted a PDF, but made no indication that is cost extra or even told me the price after I accidentally purchased it.
Whole thing seems either very poorly designed (and I help design UI for a living) or an outright scam.
Glad I only did the 1 week. Sorry I accidentally donated more by getting a pdf.
